hello im trying hand2note for the first time and i see the number of hands doesnt update like at hem2 or PT4, hands are just being updated i think according to number of SD's

how can i fix it? im playing at bodog

looks like it only doesnt work on bodog, just tried at pokerbros and hud works fine

but in poker bros when i try to see last hands at the table it just shows me 4 out of 11 hands that i played... is that normal? (those hands appear on the session report tho)

Please take a screenshot where we can see your table and the main window of Hand2Note while playing, make sure to screenshot full windows with all borders in the frame. Example:

hand2note only shows hands that get to SD Quote

in poker bros i fixed it just with adjusting the time to -5 hours because it was way off, i did the same at bodog to adjust time but still not all hands are being tracked just a few especially the ones that go to showdown are tracked but other dont.

actually this time looks like no hand is being tracked at least for the few hands im playing maybe it will eventually track some...

followed those steps and still misses like 90% of hands

i also have created new database and done several things that are mentioned in the FAQ that a member of your support posted in these threads i think his nickname is quatro

this just happens on bodog, at pokerbros got fixed just by adjusting time...

Please try to do next:

Close all tables.

2. Configuration -> Game type, press Reset to default.

3. Choose DEFAULT hud and popup in your game type, then Save

4. Rebuild statistics ("Clear stats", then "Build stats" in the main window):

5. Open tables and look how HUD is working.

still not working, i tried using another catcher and it works perfectly maybe its a bug in h2note catcher

Please show a screenshot of Hand2Note Configuration - HUD. And please make sure you have the latest version of the poker room client.
