Hello,

I crash Winamax software everytime I play with H2N hud, whereas this doesn't happen with Xeester or wisthout hud. Any possible reason ?

Same for me and a friend of mine. The client never crashed in the past. Today I had multiple software crashes.

New client version or the old one? Crashing is usually fixed by full reinstallation of winamax client. Remove it completely from your PC and then reinstall using the latest version from the website.
We've just released support for Winamax new client, so either version should work now

Was H2N automatically updated ? I didn't see any "update" button though the "update" column mentions

Modules are updated automatically when you start Hand2Note. Please remove it completely from your PC and then reinstall using the latest version from the website.

I did desinstall /reinstall winamax twice. It still crashes within minutes with the old client, even when not playing. I will now try with the new client, though in beta with H2N, and though I think the new client is not as good as the old one.

OK I did try new version, even worst : hands are imported but hud won't show and winamax crashes even more badly : it freezes as if opponent was thinking for ever with no time limit until windows says "winamax does not answer". I tried to rollback but unfortunately it seems that seems that modules like that can't be rollback. I tried to rollback to an old version and got this message :

If rollback is not working. Please do the following:

Please reinstall Hand2Note using this guide http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Trou...einstallation/

Step 2 save your settings (The following folders Config,Notes,MarkedHands)You can skip database deletion.

Yesterday we have added support of new Winamax client :

You can try it out :

1) Guide how to use it
Spoiler:

Please make sure that you are running the latest Hand2Note version which is 3.3.1.32

Please configure autoimport for Winamax new client




If HUD will not be working , please do the following :

Please install all the latest windows updates

Turn off or uninstall your antivirus if you have one

Add room folder and hand2note folder to the windows exclusions https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...4-c301afe13b26

Restart

Always launch Hand2Note and your room as an administrator

Sit down and play few hands



2. How to use Winamax new playground feature to make a HUD to work

Warning!!! For HUD to work on Winamax new client! You will have to use Winamax new feature called Playground!

Playground is specific window where all your games/tables will be placed!All games/tables which you are going to play have to be opened inside that playground. So if you will need 6 tables during you sessions please , set 6-8 tables in the settings of your Winamax playground. In case if you have set 6 tables and will open 7 tables, on the 7th table there will be no HUD. 


Please make sure to do not touch or move tables by mouse inside Winamax playground. That most likely will force HUD to stop, because of the specifics of the Winamax new software.

The 2nd option, to try if you want to use old Winamax client is to rollback Hand2Note to the previous Winamax module version:

Please try to rollback Hand2Note to previous Winamax module version

1) Turn ON this option, to stop receiving latest module updates


2) Press on updates tab


3) Find "Winamax v2.0.0.10 20th august 2021 Then please press on 3 dots near it and choose to rollback
