it's importing fine, and yes, i do have the HH and Tournament History settings in. I think what's going on is that it's there, but the alpha on the windows is so low that they might as well be invisible, after i noticed some extremely faint visual popup when i hovered over where a hud might be

Most often HUD on Zoom is not working because it might be blocked by third party antiviruses.

Please download the latest PokerStars client and reinstall it. Right now , not to troubleshoot it later.

Then please follow these steps:
Please install all the latest windows updates
Turn off or uninstall your antivirus if you have one

Restart
Always launch Hand2Note and your room as an administrator
Sit down on zoom table and play some hands to test it out

I have just imported my 1,5 Gb H2N3 database to H2N4. Now new database takes 17,7 Gb! And it still says about rebuilding stats. Should it be this way?

Things get worse...
I did uninstall Stars, but now I cannot reinstall...
I download the installer, running it, Pokerstars update window pop up, downloading files..., the progress bar goes about to 30 %, than it stops here. No abort, no fail massege, just stops there...
Any idea maybe, what could wrong?

which version would i need in order to play just app games.

Hello. Yes, Hand2Note 4 supports apps using LDPlayer emulators.

To install emulators correctly, please follow these instructions:
Download and reinstall LDPlayer 9 https://www.ldplayer.net/other/versi...tes.html?log=9

(Recommended version 9.0.57 and later)


After that, please do the following:​

- Please install all the latest windows updates
- Turn off or uninstall your antivirus if you have one

- Restart
- Always launch Hand2Note and your LDPlayer as an administrator


Then please create new emulators to test it:​

- Reboot pc
- Open Hand2Note
- Create new emulator
- Install poker app
- Restart emulator
- Wait 1 minute (at this point the emulator should restart automatically)
- Launch Poker app​
Please enable this option inside your emulators

Hello, on the 18th, Winamax made an update, and H2N 4 stopped importing hands. However, in H2N 3, there is no such issue, and it's importing everything normally.
Is this normal, or do I need to wait for an update from H2N 4 for Winamax?

first of all thanks. great support, great software so far!

wanted to report a couple of bugs:
1. hand import doesnt recognize straddles (sees them as a raise)
2. the hand importer doesnt recognize when the game changes from holdem to plo, so all hands are recorded as holdem hands mostly
3. wasnt able to get the h2nprotools hud running

How long does initial setup typically take? I just installed the H2N4 beta and imported a small DB from pt4 of a couple hundred thousand hands. The hands imported quickly but it's been saying building statistics for over an hour. My imported method was pt4>folder>H2N4

something is wrong i let it run overnight and still building statistics. Ive never had H2N3 not sure if thats part of the issue

1. Could you please send some examples of this hand history? You can send to support@hand2note.com.
2. What room are you having the issue on?
3. In case you have purchased a package specifically for H2N4, it is better to contact the developers for help in proper installation and configuration.

What poker room hands are you imported from? If these are exported hands from Ipoker, unfortunately these are not supported as PT4 converts the format to its own unique format.

We have already released a fix for H2N3. The fix for H2N4 will be released later, most likely tomorrow.
