On Hand2Note it was small and not invasive, in hand2note4 its massively huge and covers almost the entire window

Yes, in order to do this, you can open the popup for that player and then select the required Game Type.

Please reinstall the program completely following these instructions:

1. Open the Control Panel by typing "control panel" in the Windows search bar or by pressing Win+R and typing "control" -> Enter
2. In Control Panel choose Programs and Features
3. Find Hand2Note 4 among installed programs
4. Click on the program name and click Uninstall, or right-click on the program name -> Uninstall
5. Open My Computer -> C Drive -> Program Files and completely delete the Hand2Note 4 folder

This way you remove not only the program, but also the remaining folders and files that may have caused the issue.

!!! It is recommended to save the Config and Notes folders before any non-return actions, which by default is located in C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4. The Config folder stores your stats, huds and popups that you may need. But if you need a clean reinstall, do not restore this folder, as it may contain corrupted files that caused the issue.

my database keeps getting wiped/reset to 0 hands or tournaments every time i install an update

Looks like old DB doesn't work anymore. How I fixed:
• Before updating H2N4 export all hands.
• Update H2N4 and it will create new DB.
• Import hands into new DB.

With the latest update 4.0.0.132 on the Chico network, hands are imported, but the HUD is not displayed on tables.
Hud works on other poker sites.

After the last update, you should rebuild the stats.

If updates are not installed for some reason, most likely the module is running in the background, you can try to find all Hand2Note related processes in Task Manager and force close, or just reboot your PC.

After that, you can try to activate your old database.
If it is not activated you can create a new database and import hands again in the new database from your archive.

You can find your played hands in this folder (if you have not changed it in your Auto Import settings) :

Hi, I am trying to migrate from PT4 and am encountering some issues.

If I "import from database", hand2note always stops updating the progress after a short while and I can't stop the import without force quitting the program.
If I import from my hand history files, all my Chico hands that were imported into PT4 using Ace Poker Solutions' Betonline Card Catcher are nowhere to be found.

Is this something that can be fixed?

Also, I created a new database to test the import process. When I try to activate the original database, I get the message "Can't load database from this folder" and H2N seems to create a new database for me whenever I do that.

Hello. Unfortunately, Hand2Note does not support converted hands from the PT4 database.

Please delete the database folder, by default it is Database folder which is located in C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note folder, then create a new database and do not import converted PT4 hands into it, otherwise the database will be corrupted again.

The only difference between H2N hand history files and Betonline Card Catcher's hand history files is that one has Chico at the start of each hand and another has Betonline.
I am going to change the HH on my own, but that feels like it's an easy change for H2N to help with users switching from PT4.

Also, if the "import from Pokertracker 4 Database" does not work, that option should be removed altogether.

This feature works only for the hands that are saved in their original format.

If the format of the hands was modified, importing such hands from the database will not work.

Hand2Note4 is not importing my 25NL ACR hands (normal table). Working fine for 10NL Blitz on ACR - but no matter what I do can't seem to get H2N4 to import the hands.
