hi i imported some "spin and gold" from gg poker, it imported the hands but not the winnings. I tried to import the tournament summary also but nothing happened.

I have At least 1 tourney on True Poker/winning network that dose the same thing it was 3rd place worth $400+ bounty's

Could you please send us the hand history sample along with tournament summary file where we can see the problem by email to support@hand2note.com with a link to your message on the forum?

I get popups for version 4 beta

please tell me if it is an additional version or a version that takes the place of version 3 or does this not change anything and it is added alongside?

and will the 4 be paid for once the "beta" is over or will we always keep the same options as the 3: free, edge, ...?

Hello. Hand2Note 4 is installed in a different directory, so the programs do not conflict.

SwC auto import does not appear to be working. When importing manually, the imported hands are displayed instantly.

This problem is known, our developers are working on a fix for this bug. Unfortunately, there is no solution yet, have to wait for the update.

I tried and installed H2N 4
but it's super heavy on computer memory. more than 1GB in RAM and peaks to 3GB !!!

And big worries too, I have 7 EdgWebwiev2 processes in my task manager.

I downloaded and built my DB, ok but very long
and it's a shame I couldn't find anything to recover my personal HUDs etc...

not at all practical as an interface because it would be necessary at least the possibility of importing "HUD profiles", "Popups", "Guides Types" already made in h2n3 to pass them in version 4 because not want to redo everything.

Have you a solution for transfert HUD, Games types, ....créated in 3 ?
Or i come back to 3 ?

To convert your old config (huds, popups, etc.) from Hand2Note 3 to Hand2Note 4, just take a few simple steps:

Click on the Tools tab in the top menu of Hand2Note 4
Then click on Convert Hand2Note 3 Config
In your PC Explorer navigate to the root folder of Hand2Note 3 (for example C:\Program Files\Hand2Note)
Press Select Folder and wait until conversion is finished

(afterwards, it is heavy in MO/GO and not fast... too bad you went to EdgWebwiev2.)

standard use
- play on pokerstars and winamax.
- same database imported
- same hud (personnal or "your pro")

> 150 mo H2N 3
> 1 600 mo H2N 4

during build datas (for a neaw HUD/GameType)

> 280 mo H2N 3
> 6 500 mo H2N 4

Lag / latence and i have 12 GO mémory.

It is normal, Hand2Note 4 can use the maximum amount of free RAM if necessary.

Tigergaming, it duplicates stats in sessions tab on the left side. Hands are not duplicated on their own, the right side stats and graph is fine, and nothing is duplicated in reports tab.

Version 4.0.0.88, uninstalled yesterday with revo uninstaller, cleared all folders and registry files with it, and reinstalled.
Playing on multiple sites and mentioned issue is only on Tigergaming.

Just checked on Tigergaming and we could not reproduce this bug:

As you can see in the screenshot, the stats are displayed correctly.

Could you check your Alias settings, maybe you have a few unnecessary nicknames selected.

After I ended that session and started a new one, it started to count correctly, but after a few hours, it began to increase those numbers. Not just for the current session, but also for past ones. It was eventually adding 2k hands for all previous sessions per each played hand.
Let me know if you require any logs for testing.

I don't have any alias, just one player selected.
Oh, and clicking on another player didn't give me that bug; perhaps it starts after a certain number of hands, I'm not sure.

Hello. Please rebuild statistics by clicking Import -> Clean & Rebuild Statistics and check. If that doesn't work, please clear the logs folder in the Hand2Note 4 folder, then reproduce the issue and send us the logs folder in a zip-archive.

Also, could you please show a screenshot of Configuration - Rooms - Chico.

Hi, I'm new to H2N. Do I still need keys in order to use H2N 4? I downloaded it and seems to me that a lot of features are missing. The Edge feature only works with the previous version of H2N? if not, how do I set it up on H4N and unlock the full features?

For now, we still don't recommend it for use as a main tracker until we fix all bugs.
You can test it for free (you don't need a key).

Thanks. Also, I can't manage to upload hand histories from GG. Not on Hand2Note4. Nothing shows under reports/graphs. Do I need to convert it or something like that?
