For H2N4, we have released several updates as well. Everything should be working now. Could you please check if all updates are installed:

1. Close all poker rooms.
2. Restart Hand2Note.
3. Click on Updates section and install the latest updates in these tabs:

Rooms Integration
Connective Platform - > 4.0.3.63

We forwarded all the information to the development team. In case they find errors in your logs, it will be fixed in the next versions of H2N4.

But when the next version will be released, unfortunately there is not even an approximate date.

Hello, SWC is supported in H2N4. You have to configure auto-import for Rooms on EvenBet platform.

Could you please do the following:

1. Click on Game -> and select Hand History Options

2. Check the box Save My Hand History.

3. Copy the save path to Configuration - Auto import -> Add auto import folder

If Hand2Note shows an error that this folder doesn't exist, just click Open Folder in your Room settings, then this folder will be created.

Hello! How to properly set up the club currency, for example in PPPoker? I added the club ID and rate to the Configuration->Currencies, but the values in the report do not change at all.

Hello, unfortunately, Club rates so far works only for Yuan currency. For this reason it is not possible to configure the rates on PPP for $. We will add support for PPP most likely in future updates.

Hello, by default, the HUD is not displayed for Hero. However, you can add a table with the necessary stats in the HUD Editor. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Open the HUD Editor.

2. Click on File -> Switch Profile and select your HUD profile.

3. Create a separate table and copy the necessary stats.

4. Click on the edges of the table and enable the option "Show only on Hero."

Can you explain how the PFR (vs Hero) stat works? I am seeing much different values for PFR (vs Hero) compared to regular PFR, and also compared to RFI. Plus none of my RFI stats seem to be vs Hero other than SB.

How can I change the definition of a reg / fish in H2N4? There are a few fish showing up as "regs". I believe this is due to volume of hands played as there are VPIP / PFR gaps.

Hello,

1. Hand2Note identifies who is a regular in accordance with Who is reg? filters in the Game Types settings: Configuration -> Game Types.

2. You can also assign a color marker to a player that will define him as a regular or fish. Color marker has the highest priority when determining the type of the player. For example, if player's stats matches "who is reg" conditions, but you marked him as a fish, Hand2Note will consider this player as a fish.

3. After making changes to these settings, it is necessary to rebuild the statistics: Import -> Clean & Rebuild Statistics

Hi, just to be sure, when player or villain raises the only difference between 'first raise on street' and 'first non-fold action on street' would be that first one can include limpers before the raiser while the second does not include them, is that correct? Thanks

I am having trouble importing hands from CoinPoker into H2N4, I get the HH's emailed from support in a .txt file. Am I doing something wrong or is this not supported.
