As written in the title, H2note crashes every time I enter inside the configuration tab. The crash consists of H2note auto-closing itself a few seconds after I click in the configuration tab. All the other functions of the program work fine: HUD, Building stats, Importing hands, Range research, etc.
I noticed that this problem is dependent on my .profile file inside the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\Config\Popup profiles If I remove this file I can again enter in the configuration tab and edit the various options.
The problem is that I spent countless hours building my popup profile which is now over 5MB large. But using my popup profile prevents me to accessing the configuration tab.... how can I solve this problem?

If problem is with one of your filter you need to delete it and create again. Unfortunatelly, that is the only way

Thanks, but how to know which one of the filters is causing the problems ? I think at this point I have hundreds of filters made

1) Try to reinstall Hand2Note

Please reinstall Hand2Note using this guide http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Trou...einstallation/

Step 2 save your settings (The following folders Config,Notes,MarkedHands)

You can skip database deletion.

Try to restore only your HUD and popups , do not restore any settings files http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/ExportAndMoving/Config/

if you will send logs make sure to give link to this topic.



If reinstalling Hand2Note and removing settings files wont help, temporary what you can do is. If you need to change any settings, you close Hand2Note. Remove your filters,stats,HUDs, popups from Config folder. Launch Hand2Note change stats, close it. Then restore your filters,stats,HUDs, popups.

Thanks for your answer. After some debugging, I found out the following: 1)I made a clean new installation, and everything works fine with that. 2) I added ONLY my popup profile and H2note works normally, the configuration tab too, but of course, I cannot use it since I did not add my filters yet 3) I added the filters (Now we have popup editor file + filters), and H2note crashes in the configuration tab as before.

From this, we can understand that one to some of the filters is causing this problem.
Below I posted my log file right after the crash, can you please have a look at it? can we understand from this which one of the filters is responsible for the problem?

Hi, in the future I recommend making a backup copy of the Hand2Note folder more often so that in case of errors you can return to the previous configuration.
