H2N resets stats on bodog/ignition

anyone have this where your hud on bo/iggy tables are regular reset to 0 hands? It happens every 10-30 hands for me at all tables. no idea what the cause is or how to fix. any help is appreciated!

just came back to this and tried your suggestion but another problem im having is the dropdown menu on each table does not stay open when I click the H icon. it closes as soon as I open so I cant select a different hud or any of the other options
