Hi, I am testing h2n as I would like it to become my main tracking software.
I noticed that after the first session some hands were missing on ipoker and 888 (compared to the hm2 tracker): getting incorrect results for the session statistics and for the reports.
I then decided to find and export the missing hands from hm2 and import them into h2n. But when I try to import them, h2n tells me they are just duplicates: no hands are added nor stats are changed.

I then activated the Auto import from side tracker's database (Configurator -> Auto Import) feature, cleaned and built the statistics. As a result, hands were now missing from all rooms (including pokerstars), some hands that were previously missing from ipoker were now present but others had disappeared.

As a last resort I removed "Auto import from side tracker's database", tried to re-import the hands from hm2 (export/import - wo success), cleaned and built the stats again. Now there are all pokerstars hands again, 888 remained constant (with only 1 missing hand), ipoker changed the number of hands again.

At each step, before cleaning and building the statistics I restarted the pc.

How is it possible that every time I clean and build the stats the number of hands changes? Why if I try to import the missing hands h2n tells me that they are duplicates?

What version of H2N are you using? If you use it with third part software some can be missed. Can you send us screenshots to clarify the issue?

I'm using 3.3.1.32.

This is what happens when I try to import hands. From the image it can be seen that H2n recognizes the total number of hands (464) but considers them all duplicates.


So I decide to clean up and build the stats again (this is the third time). As in previous times, the number of hands changes this time too. If I repeated this last operation I would get a different number of hands (with different statistics).

Please send us hands that you're importing to support@hand2note.com. It's possible that some hands are missing due to connection interruptions, but it shouldn't be more than 1-3% of total hands.
