Hello, at first HUD worked, but then disappeared, mb i changed something.. i created a new DB(it somehow contains few thousands hands from an old). Also when i press detect port at WM tracker option, it can change from 8000 to 8001 and back. Here are screenshots of H2N(version 3.3.1.62) and WM:

when i try to connect to custom PostgreSQL server- it shows port 5432.

At the moment there are no issues with the HUD working on Winamax.

Could you please open Configurator -> HUD and check if this option is disabled, if it was enabled, turn it off -> Click Save and restart Hand2Note:


Also make sure that Winamax is always run as administrator. And note that Playground mode is not supported in Hand2Note 3, if it was enabled, please disable it.

If nothing helps, please try to reinstall Hand2Note according to these instructions:

Step 3 can be skipped in your case.

Only 3 colors are allowed for stat on Winamax? I use green, orange and red.

If you play on rooms with restrictions: PS, iPoker, Winamax, then unfortunately it is forbidden to use more than two Color Ranges for stats:

I don't know, H2N4 also doesn't work for me with Playground, as well as H2N3..without PG it works perfectly.
I would like to ask about CPU load. There is a process in system tray- WMI Provider Host, it takes ~20% of CPU. And similar one- Windows Management Instrumentation~5%. They both launch only when Winamax runs and then i run H2N4, so WM definitely tracks what H2N does right? My problem is when i open only 5 tables, CPU load shows 100%, is that normal?

Hello, there should be no issues with the HUD when using Playground on Winamax in Hand2Note 4.

Could you please update Hand2Note 4 following these instructions:
​1. Close all poker rooms.
2. Restart Hand2Note.
3. Click on Updates section and install the latest updates in these tabs:

​Hand2Note
​Rooms Integration
Winamax.

As for the WMI issue, try adding Hand2Note 4 and the Winamax folder to your antivirus/Windows antivirus exclusions. Some users have reported similar issues, but this problem is likely related to the system since it's a system process.

We have already passed this information to the developers, and if it is possible to fix it on our side, we will fix it in future updates. But unfortunately, there is no solution for this problem at the moment and it occurs only on Windows 10 and only on specific PC configuration.

Regarding your PC configuration, there are currently no recommended requirements for the beta version. We will likely announce them only after the final release. However, it seems that 8 GB of RAM might not be sufficient for stable operation of the program, especially if you are using complex HUD/Popup profiles, which may require more memory.

I don't use antivirus, updates were ok, but hud works now somehow, weird..
Another problem with PG is i can't switch tables, every time table popups- i need to click on it to "activate"(yellow frame around a table) and only after that hotkeys for switching tables work. Auto popup is enabled. Anyway i use Stack and Tile, i just thought with PG it would be less CPU load, but this is seems not a case.
Ok, i tested: without H2N4 CPI load is almost the same as with it, 5 tables(no PG)=70-80% total CPU load(with H2N4=100%). So it's mostly Winamax itself!
For now i use only VPIP/PFR and base is only 50MB.
