Hey, I am using H2N4.
I was told that I have to rebuild stats because of some changes in the Game type. So far so good.
So I clicked on "Clean and rebuild statistics". And then it just stoped and froze after a few seconds and roughly 400 hands. I tried closing and redoing it a couple of times, but every time it freezes after a few seconds and doesnt continue building stats.
Now, I even have to reimport the hands (which is not a big problem in itself, because the process of importing the hands is still fairly quick, however as soon as its done importing the hands and trying to build stats again, it again freezes).
What can I do to fix the issue.
I am using H2N on a Mac if thats helpful.
Hello. Could you please clarify which version of MacOS you are using, send us some samples of such hands and clarify how they were obtained and archive and send us the logs folder, which is located at Documents/Hand2Note4/logs?
