Sorry for the delay with an answer.
Once you buy an EDGE plan while having an active ASIA plan, Hand2Note automatically recalculates all active ASIA days to the EDGE ones. Since working with ClubGG hands requires an ASIA or PRO plan, most likely that's the cause of this situation.
If you have other rooms hands, you can try to check it with them. Also, if you want to use ASIA and EDGE benefits, we can switch you to the PRO plan. Just send us a request to
[email protected] and we'll proceed with it within 24 hours.
