No, Hand2Note should capture hands itself without the usage of any additional software.

Nickame for Hero should be Hero(not 100% sure about it)

yeh i managed to get it working but it misses a lot of hands.

is there a way to turn it off so i can go back to using a handconverter for the hud instead?

In the reports tab on some blinds it says like chip902, why is that? I just noticed those hands were played when stars made an update a few days ago. I noticed in the hand history there isn’t any currency. Do I have to fix every hand to get it work?

It actually does affect the accuracy because those winnings aren't calculated in the overall winnings

Hi!

H2N freezes when opening "Ulan-Ude" table on 888poker.
I think the issue is because of "-" in the name of the table.

Any fix for that?

We received report about this issue earlier today. Developers are working on that. Currently there are no fix , you have to wait for Hand2Note update. Please follow the news

I play poker on 2 PC's - Desktop and laptop(when traveling or out off office). I would like to have my poker database be synced automatically using cloud. Anybody knows how or have a link to tutorial?

You can either try using a shared cloud folder in Configuration -> Database -> Data saving folder as your database location, or you can deploy your own PostgreSQL server and connect to a custom server in Configuration -> Database, but this will require knowledge of PostgreSQL system.

Ignition\Bovada support was added in one of the recent updates. It's still in beta, but HUD should work without any converters

I can't make H2N work with Ignition Card Catcher, ICC is working with other trackers and it's on the auto import folders list.
ICC suport couldn't solve it, the problem is on H2N side. It's working with other trackers.
I Believe I need to disable the built-in card catcher.

New update with native support for Ignition should not have eliminated the existing support for converters, as these are 2 separate systems.

I’ve seen you made the updates regarding pokerstars, but it doesn’t work for the old hand histories that it didn’t import, is there a fix for that?

Unfortunately there are no fix. Try to order old hand histories from PokerStars, maybe they will send those in old format.
