Also, ACR Blitz all in hands does not show up in hand history

Please add a folder where your poker client saves hand histories in Configuration -> Auto Import

so to set time in Hand2Note:
you have to go to Configuration - Rooms

for some reason all the times are in +- and not by the name...
so google your time offset
my time is:

So I changed my time ( USA Mountain time to -6) but HUD still does not show up in Hand Replayer..

I want to try to use hand2note for range research on ignition. It should be very interesting in this regard since you can see everyone's hole cards in the hand histories.

However, I had a bit of a problem. I tried uploading ignition HH and it didn't recognize them.

I tried converting ignition HH to stars with software from ace poker solutions and it seems like hand2note just grabs a random subset of the hands from that? Definitely didn't get nearly all of them and I'm not sure what's going on.

Has anyone had success finding a way to get this working with ignition?

Addendum to previous post:

I just tried again with the converter for my last 3k hands that I was about to import into PT4.

It seems to have grabbed all the hands so "random subset" was wrong. However, the stats are way off. It says my vpip and pfr are 12 and 8.8 while PT4 says 23 and 19. It says I'm down 1200 while PT4 says up 1500. It's probably way off in other stats too but these ones just jump out at me right away.

Anyone have any idea what's going on here or how to fix it?

I'm running Pokermaster on 3 emulators via LD Player but H2N (HUD) is only working with one of the 3 emulators.

Seems like it is not detecting the other 2 for whatever reason.

Do you guys have skype support ?

hey is it possible to hide hud on specific table but keep it active on others if lets say all tables are cashgames on the same stakes and site ?

I saw "trick" with empty profile but that turns off hud on all tables

Is there any way to import one hand that is missing from one of my completed tournaments? It is the very last one that wasn't saved apparently. Probably I closed the window too fast after winning the tournament.

I was sent the hand history for the whole tournament from PokerStars. But I don't know how to import it. I tried to copy the single hand into a seperate .txt and pressed import. But apparently it didnt work. I'm scared to import the whole tournament since it could be imported as a whole which would lead to a duplicate.

I mean it is just one hand but i won the Tournament and the winnings are not displayed at all because the tournament is unfinished. So it would be unfortunate if the data can't be updated.

What exactly do you mean by that? The thing is, I can't rebuild all my stats because i dont have the handhistories anymore. The separate saving of handhistories by Pokerstars was not enabled at the point of the tournament. I was just sent the hand history of this tournament by entering the code.

So I would have to search the code for all 500 Tournaments and ask Pokerstars to send me the hand history from all these. That would be 500 Mails.

Or is it sufficient to import the tournament history which only contains the results?

I am facing issues again with H2n

Everything works fine when playing on stars zoom.
But as soon as i start 888 snap tables, my pokerstars hud stops working.
888 shows the hud but all stats are "--" also, the hud is wrongly displayed on 888, table 1 hud shows on table 2 and vica versa

Same issue happens when playing on adda, hud stops working everywhere, it gets stuck at a particular hand and then never updates.

Apart from this, hud doesnt work on normal cash tables on stars.
The hud shows but all stats are "--", basically only works on stars zoom tables.

Hands are still being imported though.

I have tried clean reinstall, rebuild stats, multiple times, but the issue keeps repeating

Just an update
On non zoom tables on ps hands are not being imported at all.

Snap tables are not supported. Show screenshots of settings in Game Types and Auto Import.

Are there any converters now or in the works that will allow us to import hands from the GGNetwork? I know it is against TOS to try and use a HUD on the site so I am not trying to do that, but I would like to be able to do Range Research on the player pool during my study sessions.

PT4 now works with the HHs so I tried importing to PT4 then using the import from database option. That didn't work either, but it there is any workaround that can be used to make that option work as well that would be great.
