Hello everybody, I'm Antonio from Italy, a not-so-serious NLH2 grinder happy to be here and get to know you.

I am relatively new to this HUD stuff, so I wanted to ask you something I experienced lately with Hand2Note. I noticed that since a while ago it has stopped to track everything that concerns with the currency Euro (main screen says Net won= 0; EV Net= 0; Won from hero= 0, and that's true for every player in the database), but it keeps track of everything in terms of bb. Of course, win rate graphs also don't work this way.

I kinda figured out why, because old hands' texts are alright but the new hands's text viewed on Hand2Note have a strange ? symbol instead of the €, which I guess messes € tracking up. I thought it was a problem of import of Hand2Note, but I saw that other HUDs have the same issues, so my guess is that PS has changed its Hand History exports, or maybe I changed something in the settings by accident. The point is, it's very likely a PS problem.

Can someone please help me to fix this?

Please update Hand2Note and PokerStars to the latest version. That issues was fixed in 3.3.1.31 , now you need 3.3.1.32 version

Unfortunately, I spotted another issue, that is, every HU tournament that I play it says that I lose the buy in even if I win the tournament (giving me a ROI of -100%) and it marks I ended in 0th place every time. The Chip EV, however, is accurate.

Also, now that I fixed all the old hand archives with the € symbol, there are still some sessions which are not tracking the currency winrates despite them being identical to those that do. Any idea why that could be?

If you play tournaments you should also add folder with Tournament Summaries in Configuration -> Auto Import
