We have no information that anyone was banned due to the use of Hand2Note. And we have not received any requests from the room regarding the ban of our software

hello

I found H2N software is working at CoinPoker. I dont get it whether CoinPoker allowed this or not.
And VeniVidi was saying that he use hand converter at coinpoker. So he can track the hand history.
Hud is not allowed but converter is fine?

Hello,

It is best to check the rules regarding the use of HUD with the support team on the poker room's website.

If you need to disable the HUD for a specific room, go to the Updates section, select the tab for the desired room (in your case, CoinPokerDesktop), click on the three dots, and uninstall the module.

This will completely disable the HUD from working in that room:
