Hi,

when I play on Chico network the hand history is imported to H2N automatically.

I havent any auto import folder in H2N. How is it possible?

And how can I imported my old hhs from laptop folder?

Hello,

Chico does not require any auto import settings

Instructions to run Chico
Spoiler:

Please update Hand2Note up to the latest version 3.3.1.46, Chico does not require any auto import settings. If you have added a folder for Chico inside Hand2Note autoimport settings please remove it.In case if HUD is not working for you. Please download latest Chico client and reinstall it.And also do the following : Please install all the latest windows updates

Turn off or uninstall your antivirus if you have one

Add room folder and hand2note folder to the windows exclusions https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...4-c301afe13b26

Restart

Always launch Hand2Note and your room as an administrator

Sit down and play few hands

Chico Boost fast poker tables(zoom analogue) are not supported.


How to find your HandHistories from Chico
Spoiler:

You can also find all the processed hand histories in the archive folders. By default, the archive folder is C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N, but the path can also be changed in auto-import settings. Hand histories from Chinese apps and other rooms that don't require auto-import settings are stored in C:\Hand2NoteHH.

So your Hands should be in C:\Hand2NoteHH\Chico or in C:\Hand2NoteHH\Archive\Chico folders

Thank you very much. So I copy my Chico hands to C:\Hand2NoteHH\Chico and H2N import the hands automatically?
I need to convert the Chico hands for another format or H2N works with original format from Chico?

You can just import whole C:\Hand2NoteHH\ folder.

Chico original format unfortunately is not supported.

Hand2Note gathers hands from Chico process automatically. Hands which you have played on chico using other tracker or just without any trackers are not supported. There are some converters available on the market. One of those is Kingshands converter. I think it can convert Chico original format to Hand2Note format in case if you need it.

Yes, I have KingHands converter but I have duplicit players then. Converter converted to 888 or ps format. And your H2N exported to Chico format. Then I have every player in2 formats. Example in screen.

If you have some problems with converted hands, please contact developers of your converter.
