Paid for H2N with bitcoin. And their partners (coinpayments.net) stole $ 40
My letter to the support service.
"But there was a heavy load on Bitcoin that day.
And my payment got in line and the first confirmations took place only after 10+ hours.
I have not received the due refund letter.

"Unfortunately the amount received is too small to refund since the coin TX fee to send it to you would be more than the refund amount.
Make sure you have read the Tiny Refunds section of our User Agreement.
However, if you contact the merchant and obtain their permission we can reopen it and let it complete.
If they agree they can reopen the payment on their CoinPayments Dashboard or simply open a support ticket with us and let us know."
