I'm trying to send my HH's from PT4 to H2N but not having any success. I've tried just about everything..... Exporting from folder. Creating a separate file and trying to do it that way. Trying to import directly from the Database through POSTGRES. It appears to try and load something but nothing happens and the same blank green screen remains. When I click build stats nothing happens and I can't click "clear stats" which I assume means no hands have loaded. This is really frustrating as I'm trying to switch to H2N but would love all my hands in one area! For what it's worth all my hands are on the WPN network through ACR. Additionally, I am using the free trials on each program.

Any help with this problem would be appreciated

Import from PT4 base does not support all rooms and formats. It is best to import original hands from the PT4 archive folder if you have it.

I tried that and it still didn't work. Is there anything else I could be overlooking? I really want to switch over to h2n but this is a big issue if I can't get my HH over there.

Request room support for hand histories and import them to H2N.

You do not need to request anything just open your poker tracker than after open hand2note go to import and select last optiion "from database" there select poker tracker database and click import. Done

I am having the same issue now and I found the solution. You go to the C:\Users\......\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed and import that folder.

(The database import doesnt work, indeed)
