Cannot install - can I get manual files?

Hi, can I please get manual unpacked installation files for Hand2Note?
I was asked to reinstall my hand2note, and when I did I got this message
And Can't install now.
I tried all instructions from chat
Same message still sadly

Please follow the next steps:
Reboot your PC
Check that you have installed all the latest updates for Windows
If you need to save your settings, copy your Config and Notes (C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\Config) folders in a safe place before uninstalling Hand2Note: MovingConfig
Remove database. By default, it is located in the next folder: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note\h2 ndb
Uninstall Hand2Note via Control Panel.
After the uninstallation has finished please manually delete all files from the install directory (default folder is located in C:\Program Files\Hand2Note).
Download and reinstall Hand2Note using the latest installer: https://h2n-uptoyou.azureedge.net/ma...eInstaller.exe
Run Hand2Note with default config (do not restore your config folder), enter your serial key in program and check if the issue persists
Your database will be completely removed, but you will able to import all your hands into a new database from the archive (C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N or C:\Hand2NoteHh)

If it doesn't help, probably there is some problem in settings of Windows on your PC.
