Hello I am trying to import my hands and it gets stuck on saving results.

Then it will say no hands at avail to build stats, but then when I click on import it will show 128k hands in parentheses.


Then I will click on that and the whole program will freeze and give me an error message.

Hello, could you please try to reinstall Hand2Note 4:​

1. Uninstall Hand2Note 4 through the Windows Settings -> Apps & features (Control Panel).
2. After uninstalling there are still remaining files in Hand2Note folder, you have to delete them manually. By default it is C:/Program Files/Hand2Note4. 
3. Also please delete the Hand2Note 4 database by deleting the Databases folder, which is located in the C:/Users/YourUsername/AppData/Roaming/Hand2Note folder
4. Download the latest version of the installer and install. https://h2n.blob.core.windows.net/ha...4Installer.exe
5. Try to launch H2N4 as an administrator and check if it helped.

If you need to save all your settings, you should backup your Config and Notes before uninstalling using this feature:



(Make sure to keep the backup files in a safe folder)

Marked hands have to be copied manually from C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4\MarkedHands.
