Hello Hand2Note

I have an improvement for your software. Currently in Postflop Diagram
all Hand Categories are shown, even if there is no hands.

I think it would easier for all Hand2Note users if these with value 0 would be removed.
So that all the important information can be found faster, and everything is more clear.

Can you fix and improve that?
