Hello,

Hand2Note HUD is not working properly on Betclic.fr:
- at the beginning of the session, some HUD are displayed with correct pseudos on some tables
- those HUDs are not getting updated once a hand is finished
- when I open other tables later on, HUD is not displayed on those tables

Hands imports seem to work fine as I can found history in Hand2Note > Sessions.

HUD works as expected on PMU.fr, it seems to be an issue specific to Betclic.

Are you aware of this issue ? How/When can it be fixed ?

Please update Hand2Note to the latest version 3.3.1.52 (also make sure you have disabled the "Disable rooms compatibility auto updates" option in Configuration-> HUD then restart Hand2Note) and make sure again you have configured Autoimport correctly (sometimes settings get lost after updating):

! Don't run any third-party auxiliary software, scripts, trackers, etc.

If the problem exists, please try to follow this instruction:

If it doesn't help, please close Hand2Note and reinstall your poker room client. 
After that run Hand2Note first and then run your room as administrator.

Thank you for your response.

I already updated Hand2Note to its last version 3.3.1.52, the option "Disable rooms compatibility auto updates" was disabled and my AutoImports parameters was properly set.

I have no third-party software nor script nor other tracker running while I am playing, except PlaceMint. Disabling it did not make the HUD work.

I already followed the steps described in your link "HUD is not being updated".

My Betclic room client seemed to be up to date, but I uninstalled/reinstalled it anyway. Its current version is 23.1.1.4.

Running both Hand2Note and Betclic client as administrator in the order you suggest did not make the HUD work.

Hands I played are imported correctly though, I can see the Betclic XML files in "C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N".

For the first hand in on of the file, I see this:

Which might be normal since Hero is not playing the hand. Following hands show good players nicknames but the HUD on the tables is not updated (or sometimes, not shown at all).

Sometimes integration module does not work without this feature enabled.
