I already updated Hand2Note to its last version 3.3.1.52, the option "Disable rooms compatibility auto updates" was disabled and my AutoImports parameters was properly set.
I have no third-party software nor script nor other tracker running while I am playing, except PlaceMint. Disabling it did not make the HUD work.
I already followed the steps described in your link "HUD is not being updated".
My Betclic room client seemed to be up to date, but I uninstalled/reinstalled it anyway. Its current version is 23.1.1.4.
Running both Hand2Note and Betclic client as administrator in the order you suggest did not make the HUD work.
Hands I played are imported correctly though, I can see the Betclic XML files in "C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N".
For the first hand in on of the file, I see this:

Which might be normal since Hero is not playing the hand. Following hands show good players nicknames but the HUD on the tables is not updated (or sometimes, not shown at all).
