Hi

I'm being using Hand2note 4 for some months on Pokerstars.es without any problem. I'm trying now partypoker.es but the autoimport function (and thus the HUD is not working). the folder is properly configured and the hand history is there, becouse if I manually select the folder to import, it works.

Hello,

If the hands are being imported into Hand2Note using the Import -> Import from folder option but the auto-import is not working, it's likely that the path in Hand2Note's settings is incorrect.

Could you please open the settings and check? It's possible that after an update to the poker room, the path to the hand history has changed. Example of correct configuration:


1. PS client is required to be installed in English.
2. Save My Hand History should be checked.
3. Save in English should also be checked.
4. You should copy the save path to the Hand2Note settings for the two tabs Hand History and Tournament Summaries.



Additionally, try clicking on HUD and check if this option is enabled:

Hello

Thanks for the answer, but the problem is not with PokerStars, but with partyPoker.es, and the path is correct because when I use the manual import I link the same path and is working then.

Any other thing to check?

I apologize, Could you please try closing Hand2Note and deleting this file: C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4\Config\AutoImportConfig.h2ncg. After that, you will have to configure the auto-import again.

Make sure the path is set up to the HandHistory folder. Depending on the poker room, the hand history path might differ; usually, it's something like:
C:\Programs\PartyEspana\PartyPokerES\HandHistory.

Additionally, please check that the time in the client is set to the CEST format.

If this doesn’t help, could you please send us the following:

• A screenshot of Configuration -> Auto import settings in Hand2Note.
• A screenshot of the open table during gameplay with Hand2Note running. The Hand2Note window should be fully visible without any edges cut off.
• The path where PartyPoker.es is installed.
• Your logs folder: C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4\logs.
• A few sample of original hand history files.
