I added the 27% rakeback under the configuration menu, but my graph shows the same value for won and won w/rakeback. What am I missing?

Hello, after adding any changes to Rakeback settings, you have to restart Hand2Note.
Also, be sure to enable the rakeback line showing on your graph:

Thanks for the quick reply, I've restarted Hand2Note and ensured the box is checked. It shows a value for won with rakeback on my graph but it's the same amount as the total amount won.

Could you please specify with which Game Types this problem occurs? Also please take screenshots of Hand2Note settings in Configuration -> Rakeback.

It looks like you didn't set the Hero nickname. Could you please click on edit, enter your nickname and restart Hand2Note:
