It is hard to say. I have the Winamax software and one can download it using the fr and es site and I have an account there but they don't show the countries like party doesn't. I have the Party.es software but I don't think I am allowed to play there. Party has decent action and Winamax has more action but a higher rake and they seem to be the slowest players on the planet and that is super annoying.
Stars.es has all 3 countries plus the free world and as Italy is not a part of the EU, you (or you are from Hungary) need them. Just learn to build the zoom tables instead of the regular tables as they have a higher rake and are slower. Also, order the fish to move to Party from Winamax and Stars as Party (soon) rate to have no HUD and there should be a decent rakeback (I don't know, the international has, plus some affiliate extra in cases).
If Italy opts to join the EU some year, they will do smart to join the Mediterranean pool, as it has increased the incomes of these other countries. The international players also bring in rake-tax money and more to the sites than they would by playing the international pool.
There are not too many international players at .es and the best players would be there only if higher games would run (400 and up like was the case at Stars.fr in the past when they were segregated) or there would be more action and the rake would be lower.
You are far more likely to find the best players at Party international and at the higher limits at Stars or wherever there is enough action at those limits. WPN and Winamax suck those players in.
The MTTs pools getting major grinders primarily from top players? It probably sucks in more ordinary players expanding their Stars.eu/.com play like that. Having more action is good.
I think the Italian mid limits (100 or 200+) are far tougher than the Mediterranean ones and at international sites, the best players play higher.
The Portugues players are not even banned at some sites international where the other Mediterranean countries are banned. And not sure if it is illegal in Spain for the players, or in France. It is illegal in Italy but they can play at some sites like Tigergaming (doesn't show the countries but the terms tell what countries not allowed and it is possible they let the old accounts to play even if the country is not allowed) and the old accounts possibly even in WPN as I have seen some from the Mediterranean countries even when they are officially banned there. The WPN has mainly the USA players, being a bit similar to the Mediterranean pool but they have more international players.
There are also the Asian, Chinese (mainly mid limit and up), agent sites. And some more.
