My token went bad (flashing 888 888). I have emailed and contacted Stars support on Twitter.

Basically completely in the dark about what is going on or how long it might be til I can get a replacement.

Support said they would forward the information to the relevant department, and it could take 3 days for them to follow up. Silence for a week or so … then when I followed up on Twitter / email they said they’d contact me when there is new information.

Anyone dealt with this before? I have seen some similar stories from a long time ago.

nope - but you should have a list of 10 or 20 or so one time use codes that came with the token.

Use them sparingly...maybe use Starscaption to prevent you from logging out from inactivity.
