More than 24 hours passed and the accounts were still frozen, I wrote to support and received a response from them. - they asked about some nicknames of players with whom I had transfers - they asked why a VPN was used - and asked to confirm the address of residence.

I fully answered their questions - I am a professional MTT poker player who was a member of various funds and the funds practice when you need money for a session (перечислить фонды) you leave a request for how much you need and one of the players fulfills it. In the same way, I fulfill requests from players when I have extra money on my account. All the players from the list were members of funds. - regarding VPN, since the war began, some providers block many sites and sometimes it was impossible to enter the room's cashier, an error was displayed, so I closed the room's application, opened the browser, turned on VPN, logged into my account through the browser, went to the cashier there and either made a transfer within the room, or put money on withdrawal or made a deposit using a screen.



Then I logged out of the account, turned off VPN. And again went into the room's application. - regarding address confirmation, I and Donetsk are a displaced person. My registration is in Donetsk. I had difficulty confirming my address of residence in Odessa, with the help of a document from Privat Bank. The Monobank bank that I use did not work for me. They confirmed the address to me. Then they asked for statements from my accounts. I provided them not only from my bank cards, but even from a Binance account. then they asked me to confirm my income. I transferred my alias to Sharscope and verified each nickname from there using screenshots from the cash desks of these rooms where I play. I provided a statement from Skrill. Then they sent me a form, which I filled out and sent them. There was a problem with the form, I did not put my digital signature. They sent the form again, I filled it out, put my digital signature and sent it to them. I have been playing on ps.com for over 12 years, I have never had problems with accounts, freezes, bans, etc. PS support responded very slowly to my letters, sometimes 3-4 weeks passed. now 06/08/2024 my accounts on ps.com and ps.es are still frozen. A month has passed since I sent them the completed form, answers from the support of the format. We are very sorry, we apologize, but we cannot name either the time frame or how the investigation is being conducted.



My nickname on ps.com is Pashtet25, there are 258 dollars in the cash register, which I cannot withdraw. My nickname on ps.es is 25Pashtet, there are 169 euros in the cash register, which I cannot withdraw.

During all this time I did not violate any rules, I never used VPN during the game itself, I played with all the participants of the fund at full strength and would really like to continue the game. For my part, I did everything I could, but I was unable to get a response from the room
