2 months ago I played a $50 tournament as part of the "get half the buy-in back if you bust before the prizes" promotion


Fled out of this tournament safely in the 3rd hand (combo draw to a flush draw, from the flop) Waited a day, but the bonus did not come

I write to support - they say “we understand it well.” No answer. None.

then I forgot about it, remembered after a while, wrote again - again “we’re sorting it out” and again no answer.



Yesterday I remembered this again and decided to bring the matter to the end.
Now they have answered. The answer was “I registered for the wrong tournament, so screw me” However, I remembered that before registering for this tournament, I asked the same nickname from the support “is this the tournament?” but he just repeated himself about my supposedly incorrect registration and disappeared from the chat. I emphasize once again that this was the nickname that confirmed my loyalty to the tournament for registration!

I asked support from responsible game. Described the above. But the support replied that this is the final decision on my issue. And that they recommend that I come to terms with it!


I said that I couldn’t come to terms with this, that things weren’t going to work out that way, and that I would describe this situation on the poker forum. That's why I'm here.
