Hello, my RSA Token has expired and therefore I am unable to log into my account.

Yes, I take responsibility for being ignorant about the expiration date of my RSA Token. However, now that it has expired, I have been emailing PS for multiple weeks without even receiving a response.. I just keep getting auto-replies requesting me to log in and contact them through the help center. Yet, if I could log in, my problem would not exist. My problem is precisely that I cannot log in.

It is absolutely ridiculous that PS can have such a poor support team..

Sadly the PS support was not always this bad.. I felt it was very good 5+yrs ago, but it has completely fallen apart over the last 5 years

Cool story bro. Fwiw stars support doesn't reply to emails anymore. There are two ways to contact them and they respond pretty fast. What are they you say? Well if you do little bit of work here you will find the answer.

FWIW, they still do reply to emails, it takes longer.

I contacted PS through sending them an email through their website support and they have responded now. I am finally in contact with them.
