Tldr: PS support can not be worse

In the span of 2 hours I talked to 3 support agents and all they did was lie and mislead me.

I just finished the first deposit of a reload bonus. The first deposit had to be made by 30 June, but it stated that after the first deposit I had 30 days to make another 2 deposits. I did not know if only the first or all the deposits had to be made by June 30 so I asked support.

Agent 1:
I asked if I was still eligible for the bonus and got this answer:

“Thank you so much for waiting.

Players may make up to three qualifying deposits to receive the maximum bonus payable under this offer, provided that all qualifying deposits: (i) are made within 30 days from the date of the first qualifying deposit; and (ii) are made using bonus code ‘SUMMER’. Maximum qualifying deposit for this offer is $600 in total.

I see, that your last deposit was 6/25/2024
11:33:23 AM ET time, therefore you can make 2 more deposits within the next 3 days.

I hope that I’ve answered your query.”


I try to make the deposit but there was no place to enter the promotion code so i went back to support.


Agent 2:

After explaining the situation I got this message:

“Thank you for your patience.

I have checked and see that the code SUMMER is not available for use on the EU license and this is for other specific licenses you you will not be able to use this code for claiming an offer for deposit. I hope this information helps.”

I reply that I already used the code and that the last agent told me that I can get the rest of the bonus. They reply:

“If you have already used in on your account you can directly make a deposit without a code and it will be considered for the offer as you will be allowed total of 3 deposits within the 30 days of first using the code on the account.”

So I make the deposit and I don’t get the bonus. After telling it to this Agent they asked me what date I did made the first deposit, after answering the agent did not reply and disconnected after a couple minutes without a word.

Agent 3:

I described the situation again. Reply:

“You can do the deposit and I will activate the code manually.”

Already tilted I asked if the agent is 100% sure and can double check that I will get the bonus and I tell about my conversation with the other agents, they confirm that they are sure and that I can make the deposit right now and they will activate it. I do and after I get this message:

“Sorry for the wrong information provided before. Unfortunately, that promotion ended in June. It's not possible to use it now. I'm really sorry for the misinformation provided.”

This all took 2 hours because the replies were very slow. All 3 Agents had no clue what they were talking about all of them gave me false information and one of them just left in the middle of the conversation.

After 15 years of playing on that site I am done. Withdrew all my money.
