Honestly, i don't even know am i crazy anymore. Is joke on me? Wtf.
Since last november i am trying to increase my PaySystem deposit limits, i don't know how it is possible that i still haven't sorted it out with them. Every ****ing interaction for every SCOOP/WCOOP is the same with these ******s, i tell them how i want to increase my deposit limits, my transfer limits, i explain them how current limits are low for the stakes i am playing and every ****ing time these idiots are first asking me for document verification, then i send them all the documents, then they tell me okay, we will contact you by email and either no one contact me or they send me some generic email - WE SAW YOU LOGGED IN FROM NEW LOCATION, PLEASE SEND US DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION. Then i send them again my documents and i tell them how i send them email week ago how i will go to country where i will be able to play Stars (because i know they are ******ed) and they asked me for documents for verification and i have done it like i did it already zillion times now. So now i am in Thailand and all i want is to play, but obviously i want to deposit but i have ****ing Paysystem limit like always, so as usual i deposit 2 x 1500$ because i can't even deposit those 3000$ in one attempt, i need to do it twice. You need to also put in context that i am trying to sort this out every 3 months for last 14 months literally so im close to commiting suicide in front of their headquarters on Isle of Man.

So what i am going to do, i click that nightmare Contact Us button, i tell them, hello i want to increase my deposit limits. Hello he said and as always he said you need to go to higher department, they will contact you through email. I tell him, please, whenever you told me i will be contacted through email no one wrote me, please give me someone to finally do what is supposed to do. So this guy obviously tells me to send him documents for verification, so i told him like bro, why am i sending these ****ing documents for verification every ****ing time, i did it already 3 times. So i sent him my bank statement/drivers ID for the zillionth time, he is obviously snarky full of **** giving me some lecture how he is there for me blah blah its different when you want to increase limits and blah blah he perceive to tell me how i HAVEN'T ANSWERED TO THEIR EMAIL and guess what, their email was from 26th september, few days after Stars pulled out from Montenegro where i moved to play this WCOOP but i couldn't because these ****ing idiots closed the players pool in beggining of the biggest series so i planned one month of my life for nothing And guess what, their email is how i logged in from new location and i need to send ****ing documents. And obviously i haven't replied because i already told them i will visit Montenegro and i will play from there and in reply to that email i had to send ****ing documents, i swear if they ask me for ****ing documents i will stab myself with a fork.
Anyway, i went into more digression, this guy received my documents and he tells me don't worry they will send you an email. I start to cry.
After few hours i receive their email. They ****ing tell me, After addressing your documents we figured out you send us documents of "xy" country, but since you moved to Thailand you need to send us Thai documents. And i literally sent them two weeks ago email how i am going to Thailand for few months and i beg them to not block or suspend my account because i know they are ******ed and they reply me in email how its all good if i went for a visit and not moved and i REPLY EXPLICITLY ONE LINER


WTF. How are they so ******ed? What should man ****ing do to increase limits on this joke of a website. No wonder everyone went on GG, we are paying them zillions in rake just not to play on this joke of a site. They are so clueless they gave GG whole ****ing slice of poker cake when it was almost impossible to fail so grandiosely.

Update: obviously no one is replying me on email and when i contact support they tell me i must verify my current location. So basically what they are telling me: it doesn't matter i sent them documents that they asked for and my account is registered to, i need to provide documents from the country where i am traveling Good job Stars!
