I've asked a few people and we're not sure of the cause of the problem with the web form. We have reported to developers, but in the meantime could you please contact Support@fulltilt.com - they have the capability of manually handling the migration for you, so all your funds transfer from your Full Tilt account to your Stars Account.

+1 i already asked this cpl times since the merge was mentioned some names for example mine was made for my dog i had who passed away now so i would really like to change mine

Do you have the SMS security feature enabled? You can't log in via webform if you have the PIN and SMS verification enabled, the only solution I was offered was to turn off the security features.

As you probably know, this is a rules issue that falls under the remit of the Poker Room Management team. It's not something that either I or FTP Michael J can discuss thoroughly outside of receiving input from PRM.

I understand that the subject came up during the FT merger/migration planning process, was discussed and ultimately decided against because it would have given migrating players an unfair advantage over the rest of the PS player base.

That doesn't mean it would not happen outside of the migration exercise for all players (doesn't mean that it will either... ).

I will pass along your comments to the PRM team (although they are generally aware of the interest, as a number of players have asked about it over the last few months). If PRM have any news on that front, I will let you know.

Inside the thread "Confirmed: FTP and Stars to merge" thread (which has exploded since Tuesday!) there are a few of us same problem, the web form fails at the last step (silently in some cases ) and sounds like emailing support to convert you MANUALLY is the current best method to get it done.

Yes, this is right. If you have problems migrating here's a rough step-by-step:

1) You need to log into the new Full Tilt software with your old Full Tilt credentials (even though it asks for "Stars ID"). Please try doing this in the first instance.

2) If you can't log in, or can't complete the merge due to some technical issue, please email support@fulltilt.com

Anyone know how long time they use before they respond to e-mails? Just trying to re-open my account before tonights tournaments but 20 hours and still no answer.

The PS6 tabs option should still be available in all PS clients - just checked .COM and they are there as well, both through Settings and through the gear icons in the main lobby (for switching control style on individual tabs).

However, the FT client does not offer PS6-style tabs, so the option in Settings and the gear icons were removed.

If you are looking at the PS client and don't see the option for using PS6 tabs, please let me know your client version (go to Help > About PokerStars and look for the 5-digit build number).

Keith, don't you think there should be a separate column for Re-Entry tourneys. Many scoop events are re-entry this year but you can only know if its re-entry or not if you open their lobby. Would be nice if we can know in the main lobby itself. Something like this which I posted before the start of scoop

is there any chance u guys can increase the font when tables are small? and make players hole cards full instead of cut off? if u do that i ll happily switch over

Thanks for the suggestion and comments - the team is aware of the request and it is being discussed. One thought is that it might be easier to add Re-Entry to the tournament colors option in Settings than it would be to add another column to the filter results panel. I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on that approach.

Actually, we already have a Phase option in the Variants filter for MTTs.

Click on the filter icon in the control area, then uncheck "All" in the Variants column and check all the variants you want to see leaving Phase unchecked. Click "Done" in the upper right corner of the panel to close it and save your filter selections.

The racetrack layout is on the roadmap for the FTP client, but I don't have a date for when it would be deployed.

would like this feature and much much prefer a new column. the colours already mean different things in the lobby

when will scoop replays be deployed in client and how long will they stay there?
