When attempting to close the (freshly autoupdated .com) client after a session consisting of only $5 and $10 hyper KO SnGs, I was shown the following warning:



However, upon clicking the 'Registered in tournaments' button, I was shown none of the SnGs:



The thing is that, according to the playing history audit, I had played all the SnGs with these numbers (not the AI shootout #1545958571 yet, of course) normally in the session and had even cashed and/or earned bounties in some of them. Perhaps those were the tourneys where I was trying to register in two ways (first via the SnG lobby or popups and then via the KO Poker lobby, shown 'Already registered' messages on the KO lobby attempts).

The option 'No automated unregistering for Sit & Go tournaments' is unticked in my settings.

It looks like just a display glitch - SnGs start and open fine but the exit warning system somehow thinks they haven't started yet even after they finish.

This may have already been mentioned and let me know if it has... but the UK VIP steps page isn't working... just says 'missing page'. Has anyone got a copy or could it be fixed?

Is it possible to remove the ante table from the cash game list? i filtered for standar 100bb games with no antes but there is 1 table with ante , it doesnt make any sense tbh.

Hi PS Keith - wasn't seeing the Majors in bolded blue yesterday, until Loki pointed out that they were in the 'Steps Euro' category ..




Usually use quite a few filters and have quite a few of my colours turned off, because with all the colours and all the tourneys showing, the tourney list starts to look like this ..




Maybe other people aren't seeing the Majors in blue as well?

Yeah steps bar has looked weird for a couple of weeks. Fonts seem off in the cashier lately too, not for balances but everything else.

I had the same on Monday, restarted the client and the window loaded fully.

I had this about the same time yesterday allso. Earlier this day no problems at all. Must be the freaking hunt and ps poop servers.

Whats with this new "Stars Account" thing? Thought it was phishing stuff altogether since all mails also got into junk folder?

Is it only me that get this weird feeling that they'll be removing poker altogether soon?

edit: is support@pokerstars.eu still working?

Emails from StarsAccount are legitimate. The Stars Account will be a united wallet for PokerStars, Full Tilt, CasinoStars, BetStars and StarsDraft, see the thread about the Pokerstars and FTP merger (yet to be finished) for more detail. The Stars account will used for Duel too in those countries where there latter is rolled out (only Norway and New Zealand thus far, afaik).

There really isn't any fundamental change other than changing what we call your PokerStars player account and a couple of other account-related functions. In order to make it clear to everyone that this one player account provides access to all the products and brands available for your license/region, we have given the account a brand-neutral label.

So, going forward:

PokerStars account is now called Stars Account
User ID is now called Stars ID
PokerStars PIN is now called Stars PIN

Part of the reason for doing this is that we have developed standalone versions of some of our products (DUEL, for example), and this naming convention will help players recognize that they already have an account (as when they download/install the new app and it asks for your Stars ID on login). If it asked for your User ID or Username, like every other app on the planet, you might think you need to create a new account.

The other component of this initiative is to have most of the automated emails that relate to wallet functions (like deposit confirmation) and account functions (like changing password, validating email) coming from an @starsaccount email account rather than a branded (@pokerstars, @fulltilt) email address.

This is to underscore the fact that these actions relate to the account and go across our brands and products.

Even so, it doesn't matter whether you write to Support using the @pokerstars or @starsaccount address. We will still respond just the same either way.

so with all that being done can we get a chance of 1 time username change? for those that would like it? maybe have something that if you hover over username it shows old username for a while or shows old user in brackets or something

Just a suggestion but could you make like different profiles for betting buttons, i.e tournament tables and cash game tables tend to have different sizing's.
