i just wish they responded as much in that thread as much as you do in this one :P so many suggestions with no responses. not saying the ideas arent being looked at but its nice to have a discussion in real time with the staff regarding suggestions.

I'll get to work on a nice long list of niggly software complaints for when you return

On the SnG lobby the text filter gets reset each time you start the client. I enter "235" on the FPP sat tab to only see the 235fpp sats to the Sunday Storm, if I close and restart the client the text filter is ignored and the full list of sats is viewable (although it still says "235" in the box), if I delete then retype "235" it works again.

Hope that makes sense! It's always been like that on UK PS7 (current build is whatever the latest one is).

an improvement for filter selections

as an example, the tourny filter:


the way it works now:
checking the all button clears all items
if i want to select all variants except for replays, i have to click 10 times

improvement:
checking the all button should check all items instead of having all items cleared, then i would only need to click once on replays to clear that item

the reverse should also happen if i only want to select one item
clearing the all button should clear all items and i can click once on the item i want (it works this way now because checking the all button clears all items but it is more intuitive that clearing the all button clears all items)

When players register for a Spin&Go or a HUSNG I would like to see a Zoom-like lobby alternative to the existing lobbys:

* Click register and you join the list of other players playing Spin&Go/HUSNG at that stake for the number of entries/games you want at once.

* As in Zoom Pokerstars randomnly selects from the pool who goes into which Spin&Go/HUSNG

* As in Zoom Pokerstars has the player pool visible to non-entrants so you can choose to play if you think the pool is profitable or not just as in Zoom.

* When a player busts a game they auto-start in a new game with the same characteristics.

* in-game, a dialog box equivalent to Zoom's "sitout next BB" allows the player to select something like "sitout HUSNG/Spin&Go pool when Zero chips". This would leave the player in the pool of players and when all games are finished they could "stand up" to leave the pool.

Retain the current lobbys for players who prefer that style and introduce the Zoom-style lobby for players like me who prefer Zoom's entry registration.

I believe they do reset monthly. I can't make promises on their behalf, but if you email Support to ask them for another change beyond your 5th submission, they may change your image for you.

Glad to know that at least it's working fine now.

Anyway, just gonna request minimizable chat windows for all tables. It really helps declutter everything when I multi-table on my 1080p monitor!

Alot of what you described defeats the point of Spin and Go & fully describes regs who want to game select & only register when they can visibly see certain tagged bad players or unknown recreational players in the lobby to play +ev games which is just contributing more to killing traffic in all areas of poker.
Imo the lobby design of Zoom cash should be of the same design of Spins where you can not see who is currently playing but only the number of entries.

FYI - we are working on bringing some of the new Mercury features to the other table themes. It's under development now, so shouldn't be too long.

No information on that at this time - we just started the lower stakes change, so we need time to evaluate the effects.

I have no problem at all with the player pool list being hidden as well (in both Zoom cash and in Spin&Go's).

But you don't seem to realise that the existing Spin&Go lobby does allow players to sit more often with recreational players by using third party software SpinWiz. The Zoom-like lobby would prevent this by forcing all registrants into the same Pokerstars registration pool, preventing third party software from timing registrations to avoid regulars and target recreational players. (SpinWiz maintains its own queue of regulars who by default are sat one at a time into the Pokerstars queue resulting in regs sitting with recreational players and avoiding regs).

Some issues I have been facing since very long time:

1) Notes blinking if notes more than 9-10 lines. I'm using 'Stars' theme.



2) Chat box not updating when your connection is poor 50%-90%

^ 1) I can confirm also about the notes flickering, I have noticed it is produced when you have too many lines of notes and the note pop up can not fit on the screen or will over lap another table when highlighted. If you want to test this select a player in seat one make alot of lines of notes place the table in the bottom corner of your screen and hover over the notes icon it will then produce the flickering.

Cannot open Pokerstars atm. Worked well about an hour ago. Did anyone else notice?
