Thanks for your comments – I have shared them with the team for review.

EG, i'm sat starting all 3 4006m tables (deep, euro and dollar) 6 people join the Euro table starter.... The client forces closed the regular Euro table that I'm sat on, then have to wait to start it again.
Is there any reason why it is programmed like this? or just a mistake? because I can;t see a reason why it would be beneficial to stars the way it currently works.
Thanks for reporting this – there is not supposed to be that kind of interaction between table starters and regular tables. We are investigating.

Latest release notes on the website are from April 2015 - very nice.
A place in the client to see current release notes would be cool and can't be that hard to implement.

For a product used by so many users - they shouldn't have to browse a forum to find release notes.

We agree that browsing a forum for them is not a good solution. We are discussing our options for presenting release notes in-client (either as a News item or in the Help app). It's not as simple as you imagine because we have 4 platforms (PC, Mac, iOS, Android) for a dozen licenses with over 25 languages, and we typically have one or more releases per month. That's a lot of information in a lot variations and will take some infrastructure and process development. We are working toward a solution, but it won't be a quick hit.
Meanwhile, to answer deLuxy's question about the EU Win client update to Build 10456 - nothing changed in the poker client, it was deployed to address an issue in the casino product affecting tables when players changed their language.

Only third party software i'm using is PT4 and TN2. TN2 updated today so it that could be something to do with it.
edit: just closed TN2 while the line was flashing and it disappeared. so there is the source.
Thanks, Asjbaaaf for the update. We were not able to reproduce it on our end with just PS7 running, so it's good to know there might be a solution.
hurtNYCDE - are you or have you been using TN2? When trying to isolate whether there is some cross application interaction, we have found that in order to test PS7 without third-party apps you can't just turn off the apps - you have to also shut down your PS7 session (close the client), then restart and relogin without starting up the other apps. Please give that a try.

Thanks for reporting this. This may simply be a connection issue, but it could be a bug we haven’t encountered before. Then next time it happens for either of you, could you please send log files to Support (go to Help > Log Files). Please include a note explaining the situation as you described in your post, mention that you reported this on the 2+2 forum and ask to forward to PokerStars Serge so we can get an investigation going.

Click Settings > Gameplay > Player Notes > Open Folder & then fins Notes.playername XML file and then send a copy to your desktop and email it to your self or store in a safe location.
There also seems to be a new file I have not seen in there before notes.XML.BAK which appears to be a back up file of the notes, I do recall Keith saying they where trying to find a solution to back up the notes file.

The .bak file is an exact copy of my notes file, if it doesn't get corrupted when the regular file goes awry then it's exactly what's needed. Hopefully the rep can confirm.
Thanks to all for raising the issue and commenting. We are working to address problems with Notes and, yes, I can confirm that the .bak file is there to help players recover from corrupted files.

It works as you describe for NL games, not sure why Limit behaves differently. Thanks for raising the issue, I have shared this with the team.

Thanks for your comments, I have shared them with the appropriate teams. However, please understand that the cooling off periods offered are governed by regulatory bodies and not typically under our control.

This is a known bug that affects PC, too. It’s in the pipeline to get fixed, but has not yet bubbled up for resources. I continue to press for it because I know a lot of players have mentioned it.

So, let me see if I understand what you want: Change the Find Player user interface to allow you to pin a player to the dropdown list? Or change the panel to have a Favorites folder where you could keep players so they are unaffected by the Clear button in the main panel?
