most themes, if not all, have an options button and a layout button which bring a pop-drop down list resembling the Mac menu you are fond of.

Mercury is not one of them. Mecury has table settings option but it pops-up a GUI interface.

Options is usually underneath the dealer chiprack and layouts is the two window icon.

I had a quick test in the following themes and they all have Options & Layout buttons:

Nova
Classic
Black

A couple of weeks ago I reported an issue in which my theme changed from my custom theme to nova, everytime I closed and restarted the client. The same happens with cardbacks and decks. They reset to the default cardbacks and decks.

Today, I tried downloading the latest client version (10124) and the issue remains. Please address it.

Some problems I faced while using HUDs:

Using Jivaro , after opening 6-8 tables it started lagging. Though it didn't make it unplayable but it was not pleasant.

Using Jivaro and TimeMojo at the same time crashed my PokerStars (lost some of my filter settings which I just set)

Was unable to open any more cash tables as the error appeared: Low system resources. Later realised my AVG Live optimization may have set PokerStars to low. Added to exceptions

Never mind, it was probably the VPN>home from workplace.
Working fine when home again.

who the **** uses osX 10.5 anymore???

osX 10.9 and osX 10.10 are the important versions... maybe for a few osX 10.8...

no wonder important stuff doesn't get done when u guys check bugs for mega old os versions...

Alot of players scoop will be ruined who have any ambition of playing 5 or more tables on a mac,

I dont know why every player on mac cannot play 5+ tables without lag with or without good net, latest mac, softwares, but yet you guys do your tests and there isnt a problem

Overall fonts tableside for chat, notes seems to be crisper, has that been updated?

However, tableside Tournament Info text seems disconnected from the/all other in-client font settings.

It's the fugly sister's ugly sister of fonts.

Can you please change it so that the News screen doesn't pop up every time you log on on a mobile device. When you are connecting on 3G it makes things a good few seconds slower, surely the first log on of the day is enough, repeat ones should just allow you to go straight to the lobby.

I understand your point, yet from a code-maintenance perspective, standardizing on the App menu system does make some sense. Having two completely different menu schemas for Mac and PC is not a good thing as it would increase the time and effort needed to enhance, maintain and QA literally hundreds of features.

That said, we are looking into the issue, but I can’t make any promises at this point as to what can be done or when. Our focus at the moment is on ironing out the residual performance issues some Mac players are still experiencing.

Just to confirm, you are reporting that the keyboard shortcut CMD-3 does not work as a keyboard shortcut, correct? Instead you have to navigate to the Settings app and click the button in the Custom Layouts page? I have reported this to the team for investigation, but if I’ve misunderstood, please let me know.

Sorry, no – we had to remove that access to PS6 because the client became too unstable and out of sync with the Server. PS7 is your only option, and we are working to resolve these lingering performance issues experienced by some Mac users. For those players still experiencing lag with PS7, we are committed to resolving them and you can assist us in our investigation by sending me a Private Message with the following details:

1. Your PokerStars client version (go to Help > About PokerStars, note 5-digit Build number)

2. Your computer specs: CPU speed, Memory (RAM), Operating System & version, age

3. List of the third-party tools and HUDs you use for poker (vendor, version, type)

4. Your network speed: ping, download & upload speeds (use speedtest.net or similar)

5. Types of games / tournaments you play and the table theme you are using (Mercury, Black, Nova, etc.)

6. Number of tables you play simultaneously (multi-tabling) when lag occurs

7. Your preferred layout style for multi-tabling (stacked, tiled or cascaded)

8. Describe the lag effects you are seeing –

• What is happening? What is the nature of the lag, how does it affect play?
• When does it happen (during peak times or other), is it consistent or intermittent?
• Does it get worse when you play more tables or with more players connected?
• Does turning off your HUDs/tools have any affect? (You have to restart the poker client to tell)

what about pokerstars for windows phone? it`s about time...

once one uses CMD-9 the CMD-3 doesn't work anymore, i have to go to settings-layouts-custom layout, select my custom tbl layout in order to get it active again... (this was an issue in ps6 mac as well)

How about getting rid of the red "!" icon from the daily challengers button within the lobby and at the tables when there are no challenges available or upcoming. It is annoying seeing it displayed, and I feel like I am being trolled every time I click into it just to remove it.

@centebakkie, when you say your favourites disappeared, do you mean that tournaments you previously favourited are no longer showing in the list of favourites, or do you mean that the favourited tournament is not showing in the list of tournaments?

If it's the latter, players in here, the original PS7 beta thread, and the MTT thread have been complaining about this since the creation of PS7 and favourites. The tournaments disappear from the list every time the guarantee changes, and it is incredibly frustrating if you have individual games selected.

I don't really care if it shows in the lobby how much money players have won from KOs in a standard KO tournament, but it would be very nice if the tournament summary provided the amount that I won from knockouts.

Anyone else who currently gets, or earlier have reported, total crash when starting PS7?
(Blue screen when the the login box appears for me (WinXP)).

I've tried total uninstall + reinstall without results. Even removing my user.ini and other profile files.

The weird thing is that PS.FR v7 client is working just fine.

This is not an issue. CMD + 3 stands for 'Apply active layout'. If Tile is the active layout that would mean CMD + 3 and CMD + 9 would do the same thing and that's why it doesn't work once you hit CMD + 9.

You mean a simple crash or you mean the blue screen of death? If you mean BSOD standard software shouldn't be able to cause blue screens, if PokerStars crashes it will do so without taking the operating system out with it.

Have you looked in the mini dump files that are created with a BSOD crash? This will show you the reason of the crash, the video/link below will tell you how to locate and read the file using XP:
