-Please add an auto sit out/sit in button in the main menu. It is a pain to go to the bathroom or something and then come back to sit back in 16+ tables and almost always forget 1 or 2. It would benefit the players in the game as well as it would be a faster process.

-As many others have said please remove the tables we are currently at in our lobby or at least color code them. As someone else suggested, green for a table we are at and red if we are on a waitlist.

-Please allow an additional filter for PL/NL tables. Each session I will somehow end up at a PL table. If we could filter these that would be great.

Awesome job on the auto rebuy option, I think it speeds the games up and def. adds about 1000 less clicks an hour now when I play.

But besides that, there are a ton of differences between online poker and live poker and trying to make them 'just like each other' is pretty silly.

Can I get a serious response from PS support on why they decided to offer DoN's only up to $100? Are u guys planning to add levels?

The basic reason is that we did not want to kill off the other $200+ SNGs. There isn't much liquidity at those levels.

We will continue to evaluate that though. We're not ruling out adding more stakes in future.

Valid point I guess, but effectively removing the ability to develop long term reads and history with opponents is still a ridiculously bad idea, in my opinion.

There's not really much point in discussing it anyway because it has a snowball's chance in hell of actually happening. I'm honestly astounded that so many 2+2ers seem to be for it, though.

PLEASE, just let us get our hands on all of the graphics. An XChips&Deck folder would be perfect.

Being able to adjust the fonts and text colour would be incredible.

And ideally it would make life a thousand times easier if you just used a normal graphics format and dropped all this obscure bmp/alpha mask business.

If you allowed us access to the graphics in this way, within weeks your client software would be hailed as the sexiest poker client in existence.

As it is, themeing is crippled and the default themes are like someone is being sick into your eyes.

Other than this, thank you PokerStars for your all round awesomeness. But please. Get a grip. Allow us to make your software look better.

Please keep the BMP/Mask images. The 32bit PNGs of the Full Tilt client (and other clients) have problems with semi-transparency, making it impossible to make a nice small, smooth curve (for card corners and chips). The Alpha-Masks, while they are cumbersome, allow for proper control of semi-transparent pixels for much better graphics output. No other poker client (that uses PNGs) can be modified to look as nice as the current Stars with its BMP/Masks. They also make it harder for the noobs to photoshop and modify, thereby making our custom mods more +EV.

They should still do this when you sit out because you TIMED out -- so you can sit back in -- but not when you clicked one of the sit out checkboxes. Helps those who cascade tables.

Haven't read the whole thread, but my biggest gripe at the moment is the bet slider, which is pretty annoying to work with. I like the Full Tilt bet slider much better. Also a bet pot button would be great for PLO players because that is so common in that game. (Less so in NL.)

Also please please give focus to the bet amount text field when a table gets focus. That way we can just start typing numbers instead of having to click there first. Tilt also does this, and it helps a ton when multitabling NL games.

I do like that Stars seems to have a small memory footprint and performs well on underpowered machines even with a ton of tables open.

Edit: Also please let us tile/cascade tables by monitor if we have more than one.

I'd also lik some sort of way to view notes on players from the main menu. Even a color coded system ala FTP where I can look at a list of players at a specific table and see a color that indicates a note or a certain type of note before sitting down.

if you like full tilt so much then just play there, I think pokerstars' slider is a billion times better and I hate bet pot buttons.

Uh, I like Stars better. Just a few things I think Full Tilt does better. And the bet pot button is nice for preflop in NL and all streets in PLO. If you don't like, don't use it? What's the harm?

What do you like about the bet slider on Stars? Serious question. Tilt lets you customize it to do whatever you want.

It could be nice if we could see the player's notes simply by scrolling over their name.

When playing draw games, if I opened up my note on someone and I want to go back and check out the drawing action it can become annoying, especially with all the tournament announcements.

In my opinion, online poker players are too much depending on various software/websites. Players don't depend on watching their opponents and actually thinking how to ideally play their hands. They rely on software, which tracks others play and earn their money through multitabling.

The solution: Not being able to change your username from time to time, but when you sit at a table, you don't see any usernames, you only see "Seat 1"; "Seat 2" etc. I can't say with full confidence, that this will be profitable for Pokerstars, I think you could do a big poll among your users or something. I think there would be some interest in this, because some people want online poker to be saved.

Any thoughts?

every week is too often(and prone to help cheaters), but every 6months is perfectly reasonable

Or atleast put some hand limit, like you can change your screen name once in a year or after your played 500,000 hands or so.

If you email them and ask nicely they will likely let you change it. I've seen some regs get through a bunch of avatars.
