Any plans on fixing the tickets for the monthly 100k vip Gold+ tournament, so I don't have to write support each time just to be able to register?

i think the biggest issue is the fish are dying out and the traffic is going down. we need games that are beatable as in not the jackpot sit and goes which are also offering the fish a a realistic chance to score and which can distribute the money around the fish there is this great fixed limit hyper turbo games in the mornings which does this brilliantly and when the fish wins a few hundred there likely to gamble it else where rather then just donking it off i think these games should run every single hour not just in the mornings.

i dont know why but when you search someone in a tourny and click on them when u REOPEN the lobby to find them you have scroll down and refind them which when multitabling is very annoying (it didnt used to be like that) any chance this can be fixed stars????

Can you clarify the heads-up tables situation. And please, try to understand my question and don't answer with stamp e-mail I keep getting everytime:


So there are couple of people who I don't like for some reason, and they are not willing to play me. They are heads-up players who want to sit on empty tables. If I want to, is it okay to sit them every day, 24/7 and deny them empty tables, even if there are empty tables to be taken from lobby already and I obviously know they are not going to play me? Basically I just make it impossible for them to sit on empty tables, no other purpose, just out of spite. Is it okay?

That stamp e-mail did have the answer to your question... it's allowed if your intent is to play (even if they won't play you and you know that). Maybe ask a more specific question if that answer doesn't satisfy you?

Not absurd at all, they explain clearly why it isn't: if you're sitting at an empty table you're expected to play everyone that sits with you. Otherwise don't go sitting at an empty table.

A warning for this would be out of line with their policy. A confirmation from Stars would add nothing as the e-mail doesn't leave any doubt about it.

Bolded explains why these guys should not be sitting at empty tables.

so i got one of those captcha "are you a bot" things about 10 minutes ago. any chance you could redesign it to make it appear a bit more obvious? i barely noticed it as it was basically the same colour as the chat box, and exactly in the chat box which i don't habitually look at anyway (heck, i'm playing zoom right now and chrome covers the chat box so if another one came up while i'm waiting for this guy to time out, i wouldn't see it in the first place)

We deployed an update to the PokerStars.EU client that allows EU players to try PokerStars 7 Beta within the same PokerStars client they currently have installed. Here is a post with more information from PokerStars Keith:

PokerStars Serge should PM you to check what has happened. The emails were still sent as usual. Did you by any chance check your Spam folder in case the email went there by mistake?

This is unfortunately not supported for Mac even if your mouse has a right-click button.

Re: Favorites: PokerStars 7 has this already developed, so once you try PS7 you will be able to experiment with favorite tournaments.

We don't want an auto time bank in every scenario as this could negatively impact the playing experience on the site for other players. Please note that the current time bank does automatically activate if you have chips invested in the pot.

This is not currently planned mostly to keep the logic simpler.

Would it be possible that if you are going to send me promotional material that you remove Daniel Negreanu from it. The more you send me stuff with his face on it the less likely I am to continue playing on Pokerstars.

His recent utterings are completely disgusting in my opinion.

You are totally right. I forgot about that. Prob even Stars told DN to say killing children is good and he stays 100% behind his words.

I have some specific questions for PokerStars, as I would like to start playing there in the very near future, but I do not currently play there.

Say i use the mobile app once/month. Last time i tried to open it there was a message about a new version/update of the app (that i think i had to get otherwise it wouldn't open-may be wrong here though), so i lost time downloading the new updated app and waiting for the settings to apply. I'd suggest to have a pop-up that notifies you whenever there is a new update/app version (this will come up whenever your phone/tablet is connected to the the internet again, even if you aren't using the PStars app at that moment obv).
The PokerStars.TV app has/had similar pop-ups that advertised whatever live action was on (quite annoying btw)
