Currently you can call a moderator for chat issues but a good idea would be to make an option that you can call a moderator for table campers as well.
Its against the rules but I see the same guys table camp each day.
Ive send hundreds of screenshots and nothing is done so obviously they have to be dealt with live.
Its also a smack in the face of the non-camping players who are making screenshots while multitabling to do nothing with the evidence they deliver.

When you call a table moderator, you receive the automated message about the integrity of the game, but it would make a difference if mods could make a quick report and forward the situation.

The chat mods don't even handle all chat issues. When you report players that tell their cards while others are still in the hand in the CHAT you get told it's not a chat issue but you have to contact support. This is clearly forbidden in Stars' chat rules but they refuse any explanation why they won't handle the issue and keep telling it's not a chat issue like you are stupid.

It's outrageous Stars still claims to have award winning support. Might have been true, but those times were long ago.

Didn't Stars already admit they won't do anything that involves staff in real-time? Removing the sit-out function for cash games seems like the best solution, you'd still get people timing out deliberately to sit out though so not sure how to avoid that.

Besides, the existing mods can't do anything, players openly tell them to **** off when they appear and they only paste their "please keep all chat friendly" message.

the stars mods are a waste of time really i call them constantly for players chatting in foreign and not only chatting but blatantly discussing there hands or hands in play etc and the mod comes gives the warning chat english blah blah and leaves they carry on ignoring the warning and again the mod comes back with same cut n paste message this happens like 3 or 4 times and still the foreign player is chatting away in foreign with no chat ban

now saying this i have got insta chat ban for telling someone gfy when they been beaking at me etc so if 1 rule is being broken by swearing then surely the same applies to someone blatantly ignoring 4 warnings etc and chatting in foreign ??

That is sad but true. Seen it countless of times and it only confirms that those are scripted messages and not a real person evaluating the chat box.

The number one reason that I began reading this thread was for the updates posted by Steve or Stefan, whether it be a post describing new features that were included in an update, or providing their thoughts on bugs and feature suggestions. I know that they still respond to bug fixes via private message (I have personally experienced this, so I know they do it), but without posting to this thread it doesn't help any of us that may experience the same issues that have already been posted.

Maybe GoGetARealJob can bring this up in the meeting with Stars next month. I would love to see more in-thread communication from PokerStars.

You would think though that not ITT but on the client you would see details of what was different. How is not a priority that the user is told what is different rather than wondering DURING the play what will directly affect the play?

I would like to report a technical issue regarding Fifty50 sng's. In the last few days I noticed that sometimes not all slots are available for registering, usually there are 4 slots for each limit. I play 7&15$ turbo. Sometimes there are 3 slots for 7$ and 2 for 15$ for example. I contacted support but the response was that I should check the filters (although I provided them a print screen). I hope that you understand better what my problem is and If it has to do with my behalf, what is the cause. I've played these games for months and never encountered this issue . Thank you!

Right now there is a filter for hiding full tables which will help you find a table to sit at easier. What I was wondering is if there is any plans to add a filter where you can hide all tables that don't have any players with a particular note tag colour/unmarked players? This would help us be able to play with new opponents instead of just playing against the same opponents all the time.

exactly. This thread is a waste oif time and for astetics only. They have employees almost daily in the riggie thread which is a joke thread. That tells you what they really care about customers. This thread is abadoned because they simply don;t care. Image and customer aquisition is more important than current customers.

They haven't entirely abandoned the thread, they still reply to technical issues via private message. But it would be nice if they still posted directly in the thread, at the very least to give people like greenwallet the impression that they are still reading it (and one post every 3 months to say they are still reading it isn't good enough).
