an idea that when u run new updates after installing it on client you could have a pop up box explaining what the updates are (like hem does)

+1. Also the Help> Software News webpage link which contains the current method of detailing the updates hasn't been updated since April. Using a client pop-up would be much better for this though.
Stefan, this is a great feature but I noticed not all SNGs seem to have this info? Is it planned for every SNG available in the lobby? Also, add it for MTTs as has been requested before.

After the new update,
When I played zoom, I can see my cards but no buttons to click (no fold, bet, raise etc).

What is the benefit of not having this enabled by default?

I can confirm this. Several times yesterday during one of my small MTT sessions the game play was running and prompted me for my go however I could not click or use my Hotkeys due to no buttons showing up, after about ~10 seconds they would pop back up, I put it down to my external software somehow lagging me.

I guess we wait and see if anyone reports the same issue. If it happens again Ill save the log files and send them.

agree this is the weirdest option in the client. Why anybody would want their 40% button to bet any amount other than 40% is beyond me.

Yesterday my Internet didn't work for about 30 min. I was disconnected when I was playing some cash game tables and I was registered in a tourney that was about to start. I was hoping my connection would come back any second so I didn't close the client until the "no connection" popup appeared. After my Internet was back I restarted PokerStars and I noticed that settings that I had changed(table layout) during the last session hadn't been saved. Also the notes I made in this session wasn't there anymore.

I understand that the notes and the settings are saved when you close the client and that this isn't possible if the client crashes but why can't they be saved when the connection is lost and you have to close the client yourself? Although this doesn't happen very often to me, it would be nice to have the notes after such sessions.

Some of the sounds are not working anymore, any fix for this ? I tried deleting snd folder and pokerstars client re-downloaded the sounds but that didn't help.

It would be great if we could customize the Info tab for tournaments.

For example, when I have table size at minimum, I'd like to not have the big stack, small stack, avg stack, Then I would be able to see my position, how many places pay, and how long remaining in the level clearly visible without needing to scroll down, which isnt always easy when playing a lot of tables.

Thoughts here guys? Much easier than having to find the previous days' tournament to gauge how long a MTT will last and it can sometimes already be removed from the client or hard to find the last completed version.
Is this about not giving the fish some sort of info advantage by knowing how long they need to last to make the FT or similar?

New decks are sexy.

I've had this for months, possibly even a year. Pings to syd-nst.pokerstars.com (which is the server used for the Australia ping) always times out for me. This is from Spain, but I'm sure i've seen it from the UK too.

The new decks are gorgeous.

I have no need to deposit on Full tilt with the availability to transfer funds when needed around both accounts. I only made a Full Tilt account because of this feature, however now you have to make a deposit on Full Tilt to continue with this option?

I'm stacking hyper sngs, normally around 10 games at a time. Why do I lose focus (seems to go to a random table) when new tournaments open in my stack. If I'm short of time this can mean timing out and struggling to get the focus back on the right table.

Could this be a new problem with software updates sometime, or long term problem that means stacking grinders need extra software? As I haven't seen it mentioned this thread.

I suggest to add a option on the Pokerstars Client to check/uncheck "automatically receive sattellite awards in T$ money". Its pretty lame to be obliged to play mtt's when you don't want to.

I find myself always having to manually unregister every single mtt seat I received through sattelites. And the worst part is when I win a seat for one mtt that began, that means I have to play it no matter what. It's pretty lame because sometimes I want to finish my sng session (i am a sng player), but I am forced to play that one mtt I got a seat on (for hours hours and hours in some cases!!) PLEASE do something about this. Add an option on the client for those who want to play sattellites and receive the T$ money right away instead of the tickets.

That way i could end my poker sessions and go to bed without being forced to play a long and boring mtt that mess up my scheduled completely!
