If you want to play poker across several tables, then you just have to stay sharp and be able to read the board.

I know this is extreme but in a live casino, do you expect them to do this as well? What about if there is a fourth club that hits the river, should the dealer tell people " make sure to check your hand for a lone club before mucking "

Again, I know, stupid examples but really it should not be THAT difficult to read the flop, turn, river and if so then get glasses, pay more attention/focus or cut down on the number of tables if it affecting your game play that much.

Sometimes in the heat of a hand, a player can miss that he has a flush, fold a hand on a A-K-Q-J-T board ( without a possibility of a flush, I have seen it happen ) etc etc.

Why make it any easier for someone? IE - your opponent.

If PS did implement this, I will not be crying foul over it but I just come from the camp who does not have any issues reading my hands or the board during game play.

If I did misread my hand, then its on me. It would be my mistake and I can take the advice I suggested above and move past it, learning not to do it again. I expect the same for anyone.

Like Yngwie said, why would I ever want to approve something that I do not have a problem with but may help my opponent from making more mistakes than he already is?

EDIT - I do understand the thinking that it can be more time efficient because you can easily read the board perhaps a split second sooner and it will assist you with your decision making. However, the same could be said for me wanting to have the ability to auto fold specific hand ranges in specific positions.

I know personally, I am never going to play 28o utg ever ( unless I, in fact, misclicked ) so why shouldnt I ( just to make it more time efficient for my other multi tabling play ) just be able to assign a range of hands, that while utg, are auto folded for me instead of having to be bothered ( much like a player having to be bothered reading a board that is not in sequential order ) having to click the fold button.

It is how it is. We just have to deal with it and I am fine with that.

I'm not really sure what you're talking about. You do realize the suggestion discussed was to order the cards in your hand according to rank, right? I feel this is similar to introducing themes that make the cards more readable. It's a cosmetic change, that will make it a bit easier to play, and won't help newbs more than it helps regs.

I actually also support displaying the current strength of your hand (which is what I think you were talking about), but I completely understand the arguments against that, and I won't lobby for it for that reason. But what possible reason can one have to ordering cards according to rank? I don't really think it'll prevent any mistakes (maybe one time in a 100,000 hands) but it will make the game a bit more playable for everyone, which is in our interest. If anything, it can increase hands per hour in PLO games by a hand or two per hour (since people will be spending less time deciphering their hand), which is in the best interest of regs who always want to increase their hourly.

You can do this from the table. Just select the notes tab, then click on the little square box that's used to assign colours. The bottom option is edit note labels, and from there you can add new ones.

here's an improvement idea for the tablestarter thing.
I understand you are not going to kill it even if most people don't like it, so let's at least make it better.

so, when getting into a tablestarter for a 9 handed table you shouldnt be allowed to set the minimum amount of players to 9.
-Many regs (bumhunters) don't join tablestarters when there is no recreational player in it
- recreational players don't like waiting long in the tablestarter
-tablestarters don't get to over 5 anyways without a rec sitting in it
-there is always a reg that doesnt understand that he shouldnt make recreationals wait and sets it to max and because of him it doesn't start and we all have to wait

add those all together and don't make the rec wait, limit the number lower than 9.

same goes for 6max ofcourse, limit it at 4 or 5. more tables will start, recreational players will be happier and also you call them tablestarters for a reason, because you start tables.

We are experiencing some issues post-restart with some players not being able to log in or not having access to Cashier and are looking to resolve them as soon as possible.
