But for how long? I'm playing hypers, with an average duration of 2.5 minutes. Not going to wait 10 mins because somebody disconnects when 950 vs 50 behind...

If you still have a lot of focus stealing, especially the type that can cause mis-clicks so that you act on a different table, please let me know.

^^^^ i play cash game zoom & my problem is fixed just so you know, thx

Is anyone else still having a problem where every 30-45 mins - sometimes more frequently if opening a new table - Stars just freezes? Then after about 45-60 seconds restarts - usually with me having lost a timebank or being deep into one.

Saw recently that others were having this problem but left it until new update expecting it to be fixed. Played on update today and has happened again. Same thing happens on .fr but not Tilt, Betfair or Party - they run smoothing during the freezes.

Are you grinding 4 stacked zoom tables? How long sessions?

The option to move the different tabs up or down would be great as its much more convenient having the 'Find this player' tab near the top rather than right at the bottom.

Plus is anyone still having issues with tables stealing focus away from chat and notes even tho you have it checked not to in the advanced multi table tab?

EDIT: When I say "restarts" I mean un-freezes not closes and reopens.

Tim: Glad it's not just me but happens once an hour at least. Lucky it's only once a week for you.

Dunno if it's just me but clicking 'Select All' in the 'Registered in Tournaments' box seems to select all, but without the 'ticks' being visible. The ticks do still show when selecting one at a time.

I like the new rebuy options; however, I think you should put the option selected (at least abbreviated) on the table. Leave the Auto-Rebuy checkbox but on the table have it say "ASAP", "Double", or "Single" next to it and keep the dropdown box the same. Most of my tables are double auto-rebuy but when I play 3x rebuy satellites, I only use single auto-rebuy and when I have a lot of tables going I want to be able to quickly double check to make sure that the rebuy settings are correct especially on my 3x satellites. Thanks.

Now, that the lobby shows the ZOOM tables in the normal ring game view, could you please add a filter to prevent them from showing, please?

Thank you!

Could you please put the sit-n-goes that haven't started at the top with the tourneys that haven't started in "Registered in Tournaments..."? I sorted them the other day and the tourneys that hadn't started were at the top and the sit-n-goes that hadn't were at the bottom after all of the tourneys that were already running. Thanks.

You can do this by unchecking "other" in the games types list I think.

Well, this might help in the higher limits, but in the micro limits, it removes the normal tables as well.

A special ZOOM checkbox would be helpful.

But thanks anyway!

Thank you for your email.

The Network Status Report (NSR) you provided verifies this issue
existed with your connection and not just our site. This report
runs a ping trace to various websites around the world to test

Please allow us a moment to break down that report and
demonstrate. The set of traces listed below are ran to Australia,
Cambridge (UK), US West and East coasts, (US) Manx Telecom (IOM),

If what they're saying is true and you're having the same problems with the other servers the network tool pings then it is your connection and either your ISP is lying to you or there's something dodgy going on with your router/wi-fi dongle/ethernet cable/whatever
