I have two suggestions on how to improve the supernova elite program.

1. Give a prize (ex: a free car) to the first player that gets supernova elite. This would make it more of a race and give more people incentive to play more hands and therefore the site makes more money. Obviously its also great for the players because someone gets a free car.

2. Stars should hold a small live tournament in Jan - Feb for all and only the players who got supernova elite during the previous year. Everyone who gets elite should get a free all inclusive package to some tropical resort type of place and a buyin to the tournament. This way all the supernova elite players get to have a fun free trip and meet each other and possibly win a bunch of money. As said before, this would be another huge incentive for people to get elite.

They kind of already are able to get both of these. They are able to use there FPP's to buy a car and as far as the tournament thing they give them a choice of many different live tournaments they can play that include airfare and hotel just for hitting Elite.

Well the point of number one isn't the car. The point is a significant prize should be given to the first player who gets elite so that it becomes a race. Whether its a crazy car or just dumping x money in the persons account doesn't really matter.

The main point in number two is that its a tournament ONLY FOR ELITE PLAYERS. This way they all get to meet each other and interact directly. Its also a lot different than the tourny packages you can get for elite because its only gonna be a 2 table SNG and its only gonna be elite players.

A tournament for only elite players is a truly terrible idea. SNEs are already able to meet each other at Monte Carlo, Vegas, PCA, etc., and in these tournaments it is likely that anyone who can get to SNE is +EV.

I don't think you are that familiar with the program, because it is going to be way more than a two table SNG.

this has been happening to me for quite a while. i had a good theory for the first 6 or 7 hands that happend to that when one was opaque is was going to be a winning hand. it worked for a while with some really weird hands. then it stopped working and i would just lose with really bad hands and felt dumb for calling down.

i suggest stars give us more hyper turbo tournaments for some fun and also some more turbo/hyper turbo fpp satelites.thanks thanks thanm,kds

We're working on it. There are 8-handed ring games and SNGs on the test site right now. Check them out and let us know if you come across any graphical issues or other problems.

In the meantime, what do you guys think of the tournament structures? We're using the same structure as Triple Draw right now - should it be different and if so, why?

a) MAKE ADDONS AUTOMATED. Just make a checkbox that says "add-on at break" because everyone I know wants this and it should be rather easy. So frustrating to miss an add-on when playing many tables.

b) Super-turbo HUSNGs with reduced rake? Even like, just a 30% drop in rake would be sweet.

c) Can we have an alert sound for when you're sitting out? Some caution noise, and then a beep that plays every 5-10 seconds or something? Sometimes I'm afraid to stack-tables in SNGs when playing lots of them because if I time out on one table I'll have no idea and won't find out until too late.

I just had to reinstall poker stars and lost all my settings for it. What do I do to keep the lobby from minimizing when opening tables?

I tried playing a limit play money tourney, but I couldnt take it. I just started raisin and standing pat on 2 card hands. Same is tru for play money limit ring games. I would rather not play, than do that. If you get some real money tourneys or cash games I would gladly play em and give you feedback, but I am play money busto (and wouldnt play if I actually had play money).

i would like to see a notes box changed to like full tilt has so you can move it over to another monitor.

Alex... why are there 50bb normal speed tables but no fast tables? why are all HU tables fast?

Suggestions:

-Reduce the time between the end of a hand and the beginning of the next hand.

-Amount in BB instead of $ please (in option)!!! That' so easy to do

-Color codes for notes

-Hover over for notes

-A real buddy like PartyPoker

-An display indicator which show you where you are before the time is activated

-Sit out all table next BB

-Sit in all table next BB

-An indicator which show you how many round you are sitting out (to avoid an auto-leave)

-Highlighting active table with a red frame around the table

-Bubble chat, lol

-Your keyboard shortcuts are good, but there are only active if the lobby is active...

-When I am on a waiting list and I can't take the seat directly, please create a function that do something like that:
*give my seat to the next player on the waiting list and put me first in this waiting list

-Size of the center pot displayed, not only the total pot

-Function to change background's color with facility

-Remove those red tournament anouncement in the chat!

-Possibility to change nickname every X months like PartyPoker

Pokerstars is the best, but color codes for the notes, which can be seen from the lobby, like on FT, would be great.

This has been my morning ritual for the past 3 weeks.

2. Update PokerStars
3. Realize there is still no real money Badugi
4. Curse the Poker Gods.

I think this is a bit silly.

The Elite program is already value at an estimated $115,000 and is more reward-heavy than any other VIP level on PokerStars. It already includes two trips to resorts that include entries into high stakes poker tournaments. Also, IIRC, there was an Elite-only special tournament in Monte Carlo this year, as well as several Elite-only online satellites into other European Poker Tour events.

I like the idea of a prize for the first player to reach Elite.
