That new nova theme is WAY too dark. The cards also don't fit it's theme. The default is by far still the best theme. Every other theme is quite terrible. I don't mind though, just pointing that out. lol

The nova theme is really dark for a reason. People that play tons of tables like it that dark. I do agree that the cards don't line up perfectly but it's a great theme so you can sit in the middle seat or n/s seating for heads up.

Basically people want to color code a player with more than one color which isn't currently possible. People have asked in the past if they could split up the color ring which iirc Stars said "its problem."

So this basically would give you a few more things that you could color code whatever you would want multiple colors on one player for. I would personally use it for common reads that don't show up in HUD stats so that I don't have to go over to my notes and type up "x line means y" or "pot controls turn." Instead, I could just come up with 10+ common reads that I type over and over and have to read over and over clicking back and forth between different players' notes, color coding them for easy reference instead: blue orb = "x line means y" and yellow orb = "pot controls turn" etc.

It's like a HUD for your reads.

I only played $1-$3 45´s and 180´s. I got a refund of around $60 but played only 45-50 tourneys since the client crashes happened that often.

When I am multi-tabling, I don't really need it to cover all of the tables every time I want to check some hand that I missed on one of the tables. I don't want to have to re-size it every time that I open it, either.

Or you could just make it minimum size by default if others like the idea.

Or at the very least the replayer could open up with the same size as all your tables that are open on the screen.

how about a bit of lag when a new table is opening up on actions?
I was watching a replay, clicked the play button and a table popped up, making me raise 25% of my stack with 97c against a tight MP raiser. In world record tourney.

I don't mind the outcome of that but I'd rather had a second of no-action where my click isn't working on the popping up table as long as I have time left on my action on that table

Hard to implement, though. Maybe a function that you can enable wchich pops all buttons into a zone where no other buttons from running tables exist. Maybe much harder to implemt.

meh, i can 18 table tiled with overlap, browse web, take notes on players and occasionally chat on skype and stuff and i never misclick

surely the lesson here is move the replayer so the buttons cover any of the huge amount of screen you have which does not have buttons on it

Mind you, you have to move the replayer every time you open it.
I also do other things while multi-tabling, which is why I close the replayer after checking a specific hand (to free up space on the screen and taskbar). Would be nice if the next time I open the replayer, it would be in the same location and with the same size as it was when I closed it.

i actually like the idea of a delay of 1/10sec after table pops up, it would avoid many misclicks and affect noone negatively. all the mouses i ever had in my life doubleclicked sometimes, and i act on tables before they are even visible because of that. and a lot of "standard" misclicks would also be avoided.

and single click activation is a real pita when you multitable.

yeah but it still happens and sometimes costs a lot.
FTP nailed that kind of intuitive usability, and stars are good comparing to their current rivals, but not that good in general. thanks to Table Ninja I don't make such kind of mistakes anymore.

also why we have to click once for every player to post ante when replaying hand by step from the start? replayer is the most forgotten part of software in terms of development.

my computer just crashed, i turn it off and back on, re-open stars and all my notes/colour codes on people are gone.

is there any way i can recover it?

Search your hard drive for a file named notes[YourScreenname].xml
If you can find it somewhere, move it to C:\Pokerstars or whatever name is for the root directory for the client software. Might be sensible to make a back-up copy somewhere in case it disappears again.

unfortunately the file seems to be from when i transfered it onto this computer when i bought it 6 months ago so its not completely up to date, but still has 3/4ish of my notes.

A bit similar, a bit different. Let's say I see a new cash table with 4 players playing and two free seats (6-max) I'd like to play in. I press "Seat Me" button just because it if open table first, both seaths may be already occupied.

So, the software picks a place for me, tries to seat me there, but I wasn't fast enough, as some1 made it just a whisker faster. Another seat is still free, but instead of sitting there automatically (since I didn't chose a place to seat, i only clicked the button "Seat Me"), I get a popup "Seat is occupied" and while I'm closing it - some1 else also takes the last free space

That is really annoying, new tables are filling up very fast.

anyone else has a problem with SNG lobbies? lately it happens so, that when I click "view lobby" of an sng, it is blank and "Loading...". I need to close it and re-open. Then it is ok. But I do not want to open every lobby twice to see it Can be hard when you click "view lobby" and then snap click "close table"

The best thing to do in such cases is to email support@pokerstars.com and the Technical team will handle the issue.

We have not received similar complaints from other players. I would suggest sending your log files to Support and they will take it from there. To send the log files just go to "Help" -> "Log Files..." -> "Send Log Files to Support".
