have a message pop up when you log in that tells you how many times u have unsuccessfully tried to log in before latest log in, lets u know if anybody is trying to get into your account.

Focus stealing is a huge issue that needs to be fixed.

Whenever a new table opens, or you change seats it steals focus, and same thing when you win/bust out. Being able to disable this type of focus stealing is a MUST.

An option to automatically close sngs after you win/bust out would be great for players who stack tables.

Hi guys,

Just a quick heads-up that there is a Server Restart tomorrow at 07:00 ET (13:00 CET). A client release will follow within a day - nothing major to report in that, just a few bugfixes and some changes for an upcoming football-related promotion.

A small number of players are currently using a 'modeless' cashier, which can be kept open and refreshed during play. Within the next couple of days we'll open this to a lot more players - please let me know if you experience any problems with it.

I am still reading this thread avidly, even if I don't get to participate that often. I'm fully aware of the focus and pop-up issues in particular, and hope to get these resolved as quickly as I can. Also, we're in the early stages of some very exciting projects - I look forward to sharing more details in the coming months.

then what exactly have you people been doing for the past 6 months? designing new pretty card backs and table/lobby themes? just sitting in a room and thinking new **** up? 6 months and you're only in the "early stages"? get off your asses man.

whenever the **** you decide to do something worthwhile i really hope you wow everyone, because stars has completely gone down the ****ter this year. the "soon" crap was funny in the beginning, but you haven't addressed hardly any of the VERY big issues over the last 6 months and it's getting to be ****ing absurd.

-it took you 4 months to change the default buy-ins for cash games. it should have taken 1 month tops.
-you haven't fixed the focus issue
-your colored note system is still trash
-your button still moves incorrectly
-you have apparently hired a bunch of drunken monkeys to run your security department. read the recent 2934789328 collusion threads? you allowed a bunch of people FROM THE SAME ****ING TOWN TO STEAL HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM YOUR PLAYERS FOR MONTHS AND YOU HAVEN'T REFUNDED US.
-you didn't notify your customers that you were going to start raking certain pots (however "insignificant" the money is, it's still wrong to just do it and not tell anyone)
-you haven't refreshed the SNG slate as you said you would back in ****ing october
-the PTR issue gets worse every day it isn't taken care of
-tyvm for adding the finishing positions and prizes to HHs that we've been asking about for at least a year.
-you haven't changed your STT blind structure from jumping from 100/200/25 to 200/400/25 and you haven't changed it so blind levels are based on a certain number of hands rather than time. regulars have been complaining about these two things for years.

and a bunch of other **** i'm sure i'm forgetting. seriously, who the **** really needs a cashier you can keep open and refresh? does not having one cost the people paying your damn salaries money? maybe you should worry about keeping the people around that have been loyal to you for years rather than spending millions of dollars on ****ing commercials. how bout taking those millions and hiring somebody that knows how to run a goddamn business. good christ.

Pokerstars hasn't had a worthwhile software update in a very long time. I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Alex, I know you tend to take stuff like this personally, so before you post something dumb, remember:

The fact of the matter is, at least for the table focusing issues, that it requires no more than one programmer to work on it and not invest more than a day's work into it.

They have been adding minor tweaks and changes which no player in this thread has asked for, yet you have dozens complaining about something and nothing being done about it. Nothing they say can change how easy these tasks are, but we'll let another 3 or 4 updates go by before we see any significant changes.

Stars needs to change their HU lobby, it's ridiculous.

You're only allowed to sit at 2 empty tables, but if you join one and the other person quits you can stay with as many empty ones as you want.

I just counted through the 1/2 lobby and that Mr.Andrew-83 kid had like 16 empty tables open. I'm sure he just finds bumhunters to sit with and takes their tables all day.

There are some others that are close, but he's the worst by far right now.

I'm too lazy to count, but if there are 100 tables of 200NL with 1 person at them, I'd guess there are only like 20 people actually waiting for games, and that might even be generous.

I think the stars HU lobby system would be ideal if they just limited it to show 1 (or 2) tables per player like the Full Tilt lobby.

I have checked "highlight bet amount" since it was added and most times it works but other times it does not. It's hard to explain because as I said, it usually highlights the betting area but the times when it does not, it's while multi tabling. If you could get someone to look into that it would be appreciated.

same here. also it sometimes clears the bet amount already written, because other tables pops-up.

also the 'popup table...' option is not working well, and the tables popup while still typing on the previous table. because of it i disabled this option, and still they kept jumping all the time while i am still in action, typing bet amounts on previous tables, and it makes it VERY hard to multitable, especially HU, especially on the HU fast tables. lost a lot of money because of misclicks and some tilting. it is just ridiculous that the biggest site in the world have such problems, I don't know any other site with these kind of issues, and I played them all. If it's not fixed in the very near future I am done with the site.

and please make the heads up tables in square shape instead of rectangle, when 1 player sits at the bottom and the other on the top instead of left and right sides, it is SO uncomfortable.

With the new refresh functionality in the cashier, how about making this window independent from the main lobby and not locking it up? Checking the cashier with just a click on 'Refresh' is nice, but i kinda like my ability to join waitlists, search players, launch the Poker School...

(Oh, and psst, the 'Waiting on tables' window still displays the length of the queue and not your place in it which seems to be more important, at least to me ).

Problem with the display on the 8 gam tables during the stud games, the players balances are cut off on the left and right hand side, very distracting!

Add "Remove me from all waiting lists" to Requests > Waiting on Tables popup instead of having it only in the waitlist popup so I can do that whenever I want.

Poker Stars doesn't give a **** about you.

As I type this, there are 214,359 players at 33,913 tables online. This thread has max 50 regular posters. So, you guys are such a small percentage of Poker Stars users. Everybody else is as happy as a clam with the current state. Either that or the problems are so small that they barely bother them.

On top of that, you still play there. You bitch and complain, but still feed them your money. Posting here about PS problems won't do much. How about you start going elsewhere to play poker to show your displeasure with them?
