I have a lag problem with aurora on new pc. I'm using recommended high graphics settings, all animations are turned off and pc performance has been turned to max, but it is still unplayable. Tables start out normal but after a few minutes they become super laggy and slow. Has anyone faced this same issue? Carbon lite theme also did not help (it also cant be used for games which use aurora themes)

I notice in your post on the other thread, you said it uses 70% of your CPU.

Have you tried changing the 'OpenGLSetting' to equal 2, in the user.ini file? (see my previous post).

After playing for 20-30 minutes 4 tables they suddenly close (only the tables) and I have to restart the client. Tried multiple multiple solutions, carbon theme, disable graphs etc etc always the same result. This started happening about a week ago. Support has nothing. Any ideas? I'm a daily cash grinder so this is a huge problem for me. Willing to compensate anyone that solves this. Thank you.

Did u try set up carbon lite theme and switch off throwables? If you choose carbon lite then your graphics card will be less loaded. I had the same issue until I would buy more powerful video card. If tables are closed just during the game and not when trying to sit down at the table.

Yes, carbon lite and everything graphic is disabled. I have an entry gaming PC and the graphics work very well no stutter or lag, the CPU and card are very low in usage according to performance manager. And I have 64 GB RAM so not issue at all there. It seems like a memory/cache problem of Pokerstars because it works perfectly for half an hour and then suddenly crashes. I just tried the "2" edit in user.ini hoping that helps

On the first session since the "2" edit I managed to play 2 hours without any problems. I'll update if the problem is solved completely with this. Does someone know if future stars updates will correct the "2" edit?

the "2" edit is that altering the user.ini file to say OpenGlsetting=2 ?
What does it change as oppose to 1 or 4 which i see more

Hey, I can't see the street by street action (for the ongoing hand) in the chat window anymore since my latest client update, and can't seem to find a setting for it. The tables are also stuck on being colored blue. Anyone got these issues as well, or perhaps a fix?

i actually can see players playing in zoom pool

but in normal cash games it keeps on saying "Loading" and never reveals which players are actually sitting down

Hello everyone I was playing "Power Path Step 2: $1.50" I won a ticket to "Power Path Step 3: $11" when I won my step 3 ticket I got pushed to the step 3 tournament right away.

Why don't they give you a ticket for step 3 intend of forcing you to play right away?

Hello, I am not able to start Pokerstars from my desktop icon. When I double click it, it starts loading it up but only makes it as far as the image attached and then stops. This error happens every few weeks/months. The only solution is to uninstall Pokerstars, and then reinstall it. It is kind of tedious and annoying.

Do you know what is causing this issue?

Yes what happened? There used to be a switch between dark theme and white.
