new update doesn't allow you to see how many instances each player has in a zoom table. can anyone confirm this / know if it's changeable?

Not even from the cash tab? Don't have the latest update in eu yet. For me they have answered using the form and twitter dm in 24 hrs though so I'm running good.

Most likely because they don't have the staff to handle the emails. You can read comments in here like after 4 days and 20 emails no response. Wonder why. Obv it didn't help that they laid off most of the staff either.

Any way to go back to previous version of the lobby ?

This new graphics or whatever are terribly optimized and are demanding a lot of my computer causing resets.

Please give us an option to turn off this for all of us that do not have the latest technology in PCs.

It wasn't so much bum hunting for me but also protection. For example I play the 50plo hu, and I won't sit when there 4 guys 2 tabling but feel safer with 9 individual single tables.

What i would do with the lobby:
a)The overall white background is too bright and creates too much contrast- so i would make it grayer/darker.
b)anything black is too dark compared to the white so i would make the black a bit lighter
c)"Play now" and "Cashier" button color doesn't seem to fit, unpleasant.
Only thing i'm kind of pleased with is the dark brown list of games tabs and the sidebar.

Since last update my PC is freezing (Windows 10 Pro) and i'm 90% sure its because pokerstars,i open the PS software and after some time my pc crashs and restart.

For example i was using my pc for several hours without any problem and after opening PS it took less than 2 minutes to freeze,sometimes it takes more time like one hour or so,but everytime it crashes PS software is open,anyone with a similar problem ? I'm going to ask PS support but i doubt they will solve my problem.

Anyone know how to get rid if the top 7 mtts/satellites from mtt lobby (annoying things like biggest online mtt ever, satellite for some HS SPKO etc etc). Have tried filtering for no sats and also showing only mtts starting within next 6hrs, but still have these mtts there and it's annoying when scanning the lobby. Cheers.

Idk what's going on but since yesterday when I want to reinstall software I have few problems.

-When I install software, the lobby opening straight away but when I closed the client i can not start client from desktop shortcut
-When I tried find software in a folder when I install a software the folder doesn't exist...

I tried so many times since yesterday. Any one of you have simillar problem?

It looks way worse than the previous one. The previous one was totally fine. I have no idea why they needed to change it.
Its also much harder now to see things in the lobby when everything is in the exact same shape and colour.
The worst of all is how bright everything is now.

They should have collected feedback from stars.es players before implementing it on stars.eu
