Very cool how the software just glitch out and eventually freeze during long sessions. After 4 hours or so I have to ctrl+alt+del and end process Stars because nothing else work.

For me its connection issues... no matter where i play, sometimes on really good internet (as good as it gets as the country i live in has notoriously bad internet), my tables and lobby go unresponsive and i have to close the software and restart it. Its not a big issue but it is very irritating. Especially after working hard to build stacks in cash game plo. I've reported it several times and they always say the same thing. 'Its a connection issue on my side and they have no control over it. Nothing they can do'

Its just a stupid conspiracy idea but are they doing this on purpose? They are already trying to take away every edge winning players have... who knows? I wouldn't put it beyond pokerstars to do something like this!

Since their update im having issues when closing client. The x button to exit client froze the client and having to click x would cause this. Have sent log files in and didnt notice it happen recently. Hopefully they found why it was freezing client

Is anyone having the issue of software closing your table and sitting you out of a tournament when you try to observe another table in the mtt you are in?

same on .ro last night and today at noon..they said it;s my router's fault,although i had several players disconnected on my tables.They cant care less

Is it possible to turn off the cashout feature? Is there a way to turn on using timebank automatically without having to click on it?

Settings - Gameplay - All in cashout. Timebank allso curious.

Anyone else having issues with the new graphics engine?

A few challenges so far detected:
- chat box cant be detached
- client does not remember table positioning well at all
- notes on tables are extremely small and unreadable on resized tables
- cannot import your own background file for table background on tables

How to disable aurora graphics? I click the restart client button, and it just closes stars without restarting it. Then when i load the client back up, its ticked again.

Any config file i can change value to disable it?

God these graphics are laggy.

I've just been updated to Aurora. I finally understand all the talk about it... it's TERRIBLE! Can't believe it got through QA.

To top it off, the disable option in the settings doesn't work .... I'd rather not do the solution described above as it seems a little hacky / unstable. Hopefully they either fix the engine itself or the option to disable soon :/

EDIT: Just had a chat with Stars support who suggested this:

In extreme cases, where software is crashing at startup, or while navigating settings menu, Aurora can be disabled by manually adding the following entry to the 'user.ini' file:

Crashes very frequently with Spin'nGo tables open. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help.

WTF have they done to pokerstars? I was looking forward to playing tonight. I don't know what's happened but all of my settings appear to have disappeared. It's pig ugly and pretty much unplayable now. I've tried everything settings wise and nothing is working. They've really ****ed up here.
