Weird because I still have the old cashier using the client and that one with the website. And I allso prefer the old one with the client.

HI guys! Something sick happend me on pokerstars lately. I was logged in and played on sit og. Suddenly all my Balance disapear for the main screan. I could do nothing just watch my Balance suddenly og to 0. I contacted support. They said i played live roulett. But i dont have Adobe so i can't really load the live Casino. After i told them that they Block my stars account and investigate. I get the same ****ing answer for two weeks. That they could not find anything and that someone must have known my log in details exactly. I ask them to give me hackers ip adress, and after the two weeks i suddenly get an reply that they have found two ip adresses. I track them Down to polen and usa.
Funny that someone hack me and use it all on ****ing roulette. Stars policy is that all my fault. I have been uncareful With sensitive information. Understand where they coming from, But that has never been a problem for me . For 15 years online world. SO still cant believe this ****. Have someone experienced something same please let me know……. ?!!! It happend around 4 weeks ago. Thanks

Yeah this cashier is bull****. The total amount is the same as the available one and doesn't make the sum with the "in play" part.

Why the **** did they change the cashier and why do they have the total if it is the same as the available amount? Why do I need to make an arithmetic operation to figure out how much I am winning/losing?

Also, there's no refresh button...
Seems like they don't want you to know or pay attention to your balance and blindly play so you can deposit more and more and more, which is their stated goal (because its good for the poker ecosystem according to their f'd up logic)...

Hi, can't login to my stars account saying my password and id/email not matching, despite being very sure they are correct.

Has anyone else have this issue?
Also, stars support taking time on an issue that requires urgency is baffling.
Add live support that doesn't require login (ala partypoker) since you are charging one of the highest rakes, scums.

Another issue with the current software... pretty small but very irritating
Everytime I login, there's a red exclamation point on the challenges tab in the lobby and also on the challenges button on the tables. I assume its there to tell me theres a challenge. BUT when i open the challenges window, there's a message "no challenges available at this time, please check back later"!
Whats the point? I would think the exclamation point is there to draw my attention to something, not just tell me check back later....

I got on live chat and they wanted me to send screen captures and log files for this. What a joke!

Something like a reminder about register available for tickets tournaments would be nice...like i have a ticket that i can use only in september 2,so i need to wait one week till register is open,and if i forget about this tournament i lose my ticket.

I have this allso. Haven't bothered to contact the support because the challenges sucks 99% of the time anyways.

And I still have this cashier in the client but the website cashier is the ****ty one. Weird but not complaining.

hhmmm... seems like they actually listened to me and fixed this issue within a few hours of my complaint! The first positive thing I have to say about Pokerstars since Amaya took over!

hi guys, yesterday i couldn't and still can't install stars eu client. i tried several computers, my friends from different countries tried to install it as well and nobody success. btw if you have already installed stars eu client then everything is fine now. i just asked a friend to send me his stars folder and now i can play. but still no new players from eu can install client and play poker. support says nobody contacted them with the same problem. i think new players who was unable to install poker client just leave. can anyone download stars eu client and try to install it in different folder to check? (actually i think it's useless) but don't delete your current stars folder because im 99.99% you will stuck like me

I received a T-Money but did not think and looked for it. First email from PS stated that I will not receive anything so I got worried.

The emails for tournament winnings are inferior to what they used to be.

I appreciate the breakdown of early payout + additional payout but why not add in a total payout after that.

There is now no mention of KOs in the email. I liked the list of players who you KO'ed to win their bounty, and at a minimum, state the total bounty $ won.

Still trying to get used to the cashier look, but today I discovered something that needs to be fixed. The old cashier window had a refresh button. The new one doesn't. It really should though.

As you know, us Greeks often times need to register to future tournaments; when we do so, we also need to check our account balance showing our daily profit. It's annoying having to open and close the window all the time in order to find an accurate number. And btw, that seemed to be buggy as well a couple of times as it didn't show the correct balance immediately, but had to close and reopen a few times.

I emailed support to let them know what I thought about the new look cashier...I suggest everyone else to do the same.....seems a lot of people have already complained about it from what stars support told me

Not sure if this is the right thread but I'm trying to deposit CAD but the option to deposit into my CAD account seems to have disappeared. So from now on unless we have a USD bank account we basically get screwed by the conversion fee whenever trying to withdraw or deposit?

Also I do have a USD account but how do I change the e-checks information to that account?

Yes, this is also very weird. I have noticed this for months but never really cared to tell them about it.
